I have been a customer for over 20yrs. I've never had a problem with alterations on my pants. The last couple of years since my rep has retired the service has been awful. Poor rep service. I've also been told as of today that Brookfield does not inseam pants anymore. So I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I have spent my whole allowance here before, and I checked the box saying that I'm spending my whole allowance for the free pants. I did not get the free pants. When I called to inquire, the rep saw I was a return customer but to make it short I was out of luck. When I mentioned that the shirt jacs were cut different she said my complaint was duly noted. Needless to say that the only thing I'm purchasing from this establishment are my pants.

CCAs - DO NOT USE YOUR ALLOTMENT HERE.
I have been trying to use my uniform allowance with this company since April of this year (it is now November). They cancelled my order once and did not bother to notify me, so I waited for a very long time with an order confirmation email but zero idea that it wasn't being processed. I had to call to find out, and the order was said to be re-entered(spoiler alert, no it was not).
I call again weeks later to check in on the order and see if payment has been confirmed submitted from my manager. Turns out the order wasn't "in the system", so I had to re-confirm

This company is an absolute mockery. As a long time postal worker, I have been forced to use my allowance to try and buy products to protect me from the elements for years now and it’s simply disappointment after disappointment. For starters the prices are like those of a sinister monopoly that knows it’s the only game in town so they gave up on quality control long ago. They sell a parka for hundreds of dollars that I have to have as a carrier in Colorado but the zippers fail almost immediately. The zippers have failed in two different jackets I have within 6 mos of using. The pants I order

WORST customer service I have ever received! Their computers for down for 3 weeks (apparently) and they said they could not send my order through. After 2 weeks of emailing and phone calls, they finally returned my email, and said they are sorry and are working on it! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will never use again!

I ordered some Neo overboots and am pretty disappointed that they come BENT. It seems like anytime I order these, no matter from what vendor, they come this way. If you bought any pair of shoes or boots would you want them in perfect fitting form, or BENT? The problem with this is that they never go back to the exact original shape as they were meant to. The hard plastic material underneath on the bacK rubs up against the achilles and creates a sore. Only if you had to wear them all day (like I do in the winter) would you understand this annoyance. The only way to avoid this is by stuffing socks
