The staff was incredibly rude and judgmental. They didn’t seem like they wanted to help me, and as soon as someone finally came over they were generally mean and arrogant to me as if I didn’t know what I wanted. They also seemed to judge my body type which I frankly didn’t appreciate. I’ll just use Amazon from now on.

Scrub hub is a great one stop shop for healthcare workers. I personally have failed at purchasing scrubs online; the fit isn't right, size is wrong or I just flat out don't like how they look.
This family run shop has a vast selection of scrubs, including brands such as Cherokee, IRG and Greys Anatomy scrub lines. Especially for the female patrons, I highly recommend the Cherokee "un-tuck-it" tops! They don't have bottom pockets so it's easy to tuck the top into your waist band.
All the racks are filled, and the staff is incredibly helpful and offer to order whatever

Came in for specific scrubs, picked out what I wanted and was hoping to have others ordered. I was in a hurry as I had other things to pick up that night. The sales associate went to the back to check to see if they had other sizes. I stepped aside to wait for her. She came back and started helping the next person in line who had at least 10 pairs of scrubs to ring up. Ended up waiting for her entire transaction before she would finish mine. It was incredibly rude to start helping someone else when she was in the middle of ringing my merchandise up in the register. I’ll stick with online ordering

Very disappointed with the service I received. I work for north Kansas City hospital and they are sending all their employees there. I had to ask for help and I was the only one in the store. Even after asking for help I still didn't get it, I will not return and I won't recommend them to anyone. There were three ladies working that day also. When I picked up my order I had to ask for a receipt. Very poor customer service!

Great place to buy scrubs! I love grays anatomy scrubs and they had tons of them in almost every color you'd want! Didn't have much time to spend in here as I was in a hurry just looking for shoes mostly but the staff was very friendly and helpful and when they didn't have my size they were sure to call the other stores to see if they did and also let me know that I could have them shipped to my home if I'd prefer it that way.

Didn't really get a lot of help when I first walked in. After I asked for the plus size rack and tried on a few pair I found some pants I liked. Lady at the counter was super friendly and even help me decide that I got a size too big so exchanged them right away! Also got a 10% discount for signing up for their mailing list. Will return!

I haven't ever had to wear scrubs! I now have a job requiring me to wear them! Which is so exciting because as we all know how comfortable they are!
The lady in there walked right up asked if I needed help and in a plea I said "YES! I don't know what to look for!" She grabbed everything in the colors I was looking for and the styles that I wanted and kept me in my price point!
She was super helpful. And super friendly and made my shopping experience super painless!
As far as size selection they had ALOT to choose from and being a bigger girl they had a ton of styles in my size which also made

Staff is very helpful HOWEVER, they are constantly out of stock in very common sizes. They always offer to order it, but the problem with that is that I am shopping in a scrub store because I am looking for things that day. I can order scrubs for myself online and get faster shipping (hello, amazon) and better prices - so there is no way I'm going to wait around for them to get something in for me, and pay the higher price on top of that.
Overall its a decent store, I just wish they could keep things in stock better than they do. I can say their selection of styles and colors is better than most
