A hydraulic accumulator stores fluid under pressure and can serve a number of functions within a hydraulic system. Accumulators can take a specific amount of fluid under pressure and store it. The fluid is then released when it's required to perform a specific task in the hydraulic system. Adding an accumulator to a hydraulic system offers a number of advantages.
A bladder accumulator is the most commonly used hydro-pneumatic accumulator. The bladder is filled with nitrogen and fitted in a welded or forged steel pressure vessel. The bladder is made of an elastic material, e.g. If the bladder accumulator is mounted vertically or at an angle, the gas side must always be on top.

Ordered a product to be made a month ago... Signed and faxed all the paperwork and called back 2 weeks later to see if it shipped which is what the paperwork said. Apparently it had not even been started on yet. Apparently they demand payment up front before they even do any work. This was not even mentioned originally and they blamed me! I have never dealt with a business that wants paid for something they have yet to even attempt. Generally companies are "net 10' or "2% 10, net 30" not pay 10 business days before we are even done. Lost tens of thousand of dollars in down time due to their incompetence
