Blue Oak Technology Solutions was started as many other businesses are formed - with a goal in mind. That goal centers around our desire to fill the need for professional level IT service and consultation for small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. And, evidently, we've done OK at that so far as we continue to enjoy working with clients that started with us back in 2004!

You may process invoices through your usual Accounts Payable process and mail a check. Or, for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. The invoice you receive by email will contain a link to pay conveniently by credit or debit card, if you'd like. Before using Blue Oak to support our IT needs, we were with another similarly sized local provider. We didn't know how poor service was with our previous provider until we switched to Blue Oak! Their technical support is spot-on and their technicians are rock-solid and quick! We have reported a few issues in our first months with Blue Oak, and each were addressed same day and completely! No work-arounds with these guys - they find and address the root-cause rather than focusing on symptoms!
