If you're feeling whimsical, we also have our famous edible cookie dough served up in a fun push pop container! Wedding cakes are kind of like our love language.

What is better than a chocolate chip cookie? The cookie dough of course! We have you covered with our edible cookie dough. Served up in a push pop container you will feel just like a kid again with this special treat (minus your mom freaking out you may die from eating raw eggs). Cookie Dough is available on the counter most days and by special order.
Once you or a designated party has picked up the order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" - we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your cake.

I walk in on a Friday, 2 days before my kids 13th birthday, looking for a nice vanilla cake. Instead of the normal "you're crazy" attitude, these girls smiled and started brainstorming ideas with me. I set an online appointment in early March to pick up a wedding cake tasting and drove 30 minutes to pick up the box in early April. When I arrived, both gates to enter the building were locked. Naturally, I tried calling next. I have to say I am very disappointed in your business practices. I messaged the page on Saturday 12/12 trying to get some sort of resolution but though my message was recieved & read, it was never acknowledged.
I contacted the store via messenger on 12/10 asking about the gingerbread kits. Someone did contact me back & gave me a price of $10 each. I responded asking to reserve 3.
On 12/12 my sister went to pick up the kits only for my name not to be on the list, only 2 gingerbread kits available, & charged twice the price as I was told.

I hesitated posting a review for this business, but I feel I must. I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. I ordered a chocolate cake for my grandson for his birthday and from the beginning there were some communication issues. The owner would not return calls or emails and I had to reach out multiple times. I originally stopped at the store and they were there and I paid a $30 deposit and was to pay balance of $30 when picking up cake. After they had my money, no communication. Wonderful local bakery. Our go to place for special occasions. From my retirement cake when I retired from the USAF to birthdays. Or, hell, Friday when we felt like doing something nice for the kids. One word of caution: they are a locally owned bakery. Their quality is outstanding and the demand for services matches that quality. Make sure to place orders in a timely manner. They have always tried to accommodate us but during peak seasons (holidays, prom, etc.) we found that we have had to go elsewhere when we found we didn't take the calendar into account. Don’t lose your time, your money and your nerves in this place like I did. They screwed my wedding cake that supposed to be for 30 people, payed 375$ for it. And the cake that I got looks just like a cake for kids party. No more than 10. Very small and inaccurate. Not to say that a lot of detail from the cake that I ordered was missing. I've never written a bad review in my life, but I feel as though I can not let this one slide. I ordered a cake for my sister's bridal shower. I sent them a reference photo, asking for a simple white cake, with a gold drip. Or what I thought was simple. I had multiple emails not responded to when it came time to pay my balance, when I wanted to apply a gift card that I had. I had to go into the store in order just to get the cake paid for. I'm not impressed. I've been a few times and when picking cupcakes off the counter I guess it's okay. They close early, even though they say they sold out but the next day they have the same cupcakes on the menu. I placed an order for cupcakes for a bridal shower and went with the workers suggestion and the order was still wrong. I won't be back.

Icing literally fell off the cake while sitting in the air conditioning. Will never use the bakery again. Never had an issue when going to ele. Our vanilla cupcakes had chunks of what appears to be chocolate and chocolate cupcakes had vanilla in them. Being a professional bakery I expected more. I'm planning my daughters first birthday which means I need 2 smash cakes! I called CH&L yesterday to try to get pricing and place my order. The girl I spoke to seemed like she just wanted to get off the phone and wasn't very willing to help. Telling me 'she wasn't familiar with their website and didn't know if I could find their email on there'. She just wanted to rattle off the email and get me off the phone.
As I've said previously, all my bridal shower cakes were from here, my wedding cake, my baby shower

I stop in anytime I'm in the area. They have amazing cakes and unique flavors. I recently had them make a birthday cake for my dads birthday and it was amazing! It was exactly what I asked for and everyone raved about how good it was at the party.
The buckeye cupcake is my everyday favorite, but in the fall I love their pumpkin chai cupcake! So so so good!

I have been to Cake, Hope and Love many many times and my negative review is not for disliking their cupcakes. I don't think they're the best around, but they're pretty good. I've ordered them for work functions, for birthdays and just because. My issue is that for a long time, they would advertise on their Facebook page things like "BOGO cupcakes for the rest of the day" or something like that. So I'd go in and they'd try and charge me full price (this happened a few times) and I'd have to show them the advertisement. I just don't think that
