I rate Metro Nail Lounge 10/10! Their service is excellent. Crazy sheila gives the best pedicures. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks metro nail lounge!

Wow!! Worst service. My mom went here and her finger has not stopped bleeding since she left the salon. The lady doing the manicure continued to paint my moms nails over the blood. Disgusting!! When she told the receptionist working at the front desk she said "oh it doesn't look bad, it's fine." Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I come here every couple weeks or so, but I took my boyfriend's daughter yesterday for her first manicure so it was a little special. She chose black gel polish and she loved it

If I could do "0" stars I would. Arrived for my appt at 12:40 my appt was at 1. They sat me down at 1:20. They put acetone on my nails to remove the gel x left me soaking for 40 minutes. I asked when I was getting helped he told me he had to wait for for another technician because the one that helped me did not know how to do what I asked for which he already knew. Then he tells me I could do your nails but no design if you want it done quick. I told him no that is what I wanted it is not my fault he left me soaking for 40 min I just wanted the foil paper removed. When the girl removed

Just got my holiday nails done. Got the super deluxe package, so relaxing and the mimosa was great too! The technicians did a fantastic job as always. Shout out to Kevin for even taking a holiday picture for me :-)

They did a great job following what I wanted. I didn't get the jewels bc they cost more but I could have. I got tips with gel and it looks just like what I wanted. VERY SATISFIED

Ugh, I really tried with this salon, but every time, they get something wrong. When I do my own gels, they last at least 2 weeks.
I got my nails done for Thanksgiving and it hasn’t even been a week. I sent a picture on the 6th day about my issue and still havent heard from them.
Below is day 9 of my gel nails.
What a waste of $.

I've been here twice and I love their service! Their gel manicures and pedicures have lasted 3+ weeks.

I would highly recommend making an appointment before showing up, sometimes the wait is long. Booking an appointment is so easy, and is done over text. They also respond very quickly.

Came in with an appointment. They took walk in customers instead and had us wait 45 minutes to start. At that point I did not have time left to get my usual pedicure and had to get their basic pedicure. Been here a few times before and it was good, even brought friends here. Probably will not be coming back.

I came in a few weeks ago to get my nails done as a treat, so my coworker and a couple vendors we work with all came in to pamper ourselves. I didn't catch anybody's name but there was one lady doing my friend's nails and she did SUCH a beautiful job! She also showed us her portfolio of nail designs. She truly is talented and I would love to have her do my nails. She is why I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately I won't be returning here.

I love coming here. They are so nice and treat you very well. They even offer free mimosas and the manager is such a great person. I got a pedicure with Amy and she did a great job, I really loved her work. My daughter got her nails done she got dip ombré and they came out really cute. Definitely coming back again!

Kevin was very Nice. The ladies that attended me were great did a good job on my toes. Only reason i gave 4 stars was because the relaxing envoirment that they try to deliver was derailed by a crying Kid. Kinda ruined it.

Very clean facility with friendly customer service. Had a basic pedicure with callus remover and a Pina Colada pedicure which was under $100 for everything. I'll definitely be coming back. The massage chairs are comfortable and impressive!

I went to get my nails done before a vacation and my nail tech was super friendly! The service here is always good and she didn't have an issue with me being nit-picky about the design. My go-to!

I was becoming so frustrated in looking for a nail salon that could fulfill my needs.. I wanted to be able to make an appointment (be seen on time), that would accept something other than cash only, clean and after spending so much money every two weeks that lasted... I found it. After searching three cities on Yelp and reading through countless reviews I made an appointment, easily - same day at 6pm by simply texting the details of my request. Boom! Easy! So far so good.
I got there on time and it took some time to get checked in and was greeted warmly. This place is busy. But I really admired

From the manicure, pedicure, and combination packages they provide to the outstanding customer service, it is every thing any one would dream to get from a nail lounge.

The first time we came in for a pedicure while my wife received a manicure & pedicure combo. The second time around was just two pedicures.

Had the privilege of Haley servicing my pedicure. Not only was she gentle

This was a great last minute experience. Even though there was an unexpected mishap they still took care of all their clients with high attention to detail. The quality of my nails and pedicure alone was the best, but the experience and customer service came separate. Both surpassed my expectations. Can’t wait to come here for a girls day !

This review is regarding my personal experience.

This was the 2nd time coming in right when they opened at 9:30am. Yesterday morning after agreeing to our appointment with Kevin, my daughter and I were greeted by an older lady. She asked if we had an appointment. I told her yes with Millie. She asked what I needed. I told her both of us need a full set and gel pedicure. She repeated herself 3 times, "2 full set and gel pedicure?" I said yes. She said ok and directed us to sit in the waiting area until

I am sad as I originally really loved this place (and I'm a believer in you get what you pay for- I always splurged here).

But after almost 3 months (coming every 2 weeks religiously) of the same issue, I am not only livid, but done with this place.

I talked to the owner numerous times to see what works best for them as I understand things happen and I wanted to work with them.. I have a baby at home and always make my appointments in advance to ensure I have a plan, but obviously I can only be gone for so long .. First time getting a manicure done at this salon. Decided on the pearl mani, and the service was great. The nail tech knew what she was doing. I let her trim my cuticles, but you can request to skip that if you choose. The pearl mani included arm massage, lotion rubs, and a hot towel finish. It felt great, would highly recommend.
For men, not sure if they do polish on the fingers, but i requested a buff on my nails, and when the tech started on it, they felt and looked amazing. When she finished the mani, my nails look glossy, healthy, and the feel great!
This salon is higher priced than some

Jelly pedicure. I've been to decent places before, but I now have a new nail salon. They offer as many services and more at the same price as my old salon. And then they offered me some mimosas. Very polite, very clean, and very good pampering. It is a great place to go while you have your car serviced at Firestone right across the street.

I love the vibe! It's very elegant and relaxing. Their massage chairs are the best I've ever been on. I would definitely be coming back. Thank you Cindy for a great experience.
