I moved to Placentia March 2020 right before the pandemic hit. When things started to open up I was trying to find a good quality nail place near me. I stumbled upon this shop and I've come here since. They always do a really nice job and they take their time. Through the pandemic I always felt safe coming here. It's always clean and staff always has their masks on. I've only had one moment where I was not happy with my pedicure and they quickly corrected it and I've never had an issue, I love it here. The staff is really nice too!

Great place to get a full set acrylics & fills. Cindy is very attentive to how she does things & takes her time, which I very much appreciate! Doesn't beat that it's right around the corner from my home too haha. Everyone is so nice too, great service!

The best. They really know how to take care you. Massages are long and soothing. This is my new favorite salon

This is great little local nail salon. They only have 5 pedi chairs and 5 table tops for Manis but they really do a great job. Take their time and not try to rush you out. This is my 2nd time here. I'll continue to come for sure!

I would like to start off with my toes, they do awesome and make me feel luxurious especially with the rose pedals and the scrub and lotion for only 20$! I will continue getting my toes done here because by the time I'm done I love my toes. I did like how my nails came out but they started falling off within a week I immediately came and got them fixed for free and gave her a tip a day after they fell off again this made me sad :( I don't get my nails done here anymore but I do get my toes and facials, the facials are awesome the lady who did it was awesome and loved it, it cleared my

Just love these ladies. They do amazing nails, in a super clean salon. I've been getting the Cat eye gel polish which I get many compliments on. I'm a hair stylist so I'm pretty picky about my acrylics so they don't snag hair when styling. The edges are finished perfectly and I like that they have a loyalty program. Great nail salon!!!

I did my nails last week and all my nails came off. Not a place to recommend. I asked for a refund and they started arguing about it I will never come back here again


I scheduled an appointment at 7:30 tonight and to avoid doing my nails they closed the shop. I tried to call them to see why they were not here and they were not open to doing my nails anymore or give me a refund this is such a terrible place to come to your Nails this is not OK they cannot do this to people I paid almost $50 for nails plus tip and nails only lasted less than a week. They keep avoiding me and I can't come

First time trying NK nails!
Very fast, very clean, and they did a great job. I got a pedicure and a fill w/gel manicure. Called ahead of time and there was no wait. Will definitely be coming back!

I asked for white nails pedicure and gel white tip manicure oval shape. The lady that did my manicure was super sweet great customer service but I did not like her work. My left hand looked decent my pinky and middle finger were not shaped well. My left hand not done well. There was no shine gloss, my pinky and middle finger was lumpy and my pinky, middle finger, and thump were shaped wrong and uneven. I would have asked her to fix it but she took so long that I just wanted to leave. My pedicure was great loved the way they came out. The foot scrub was a little rough but over all I love it.

Very disappointed, it was my first time getting nails. My nails weren't file down well and you can see the white Acrylic under the nail polish. Very expensive for a poorly done job.

Cindy did a beautiful job on my manicure. I went in for just a mani/pedi but my nails are so weak and brittle Cindy suggested "dip". So I am giving it a try..: I'm hoping my nails aren't damaged underneath as this was one of my expressed concerns about gel or acrylics. Will have to update in a couple weeks.

First time trying this place; my gel manicure looks natural just the way I asked for it. And, also had a classic pedicure and even thou my nails were short for french tip my toes look nice. Great customer services too!

Came in for pedicures as a walk-in. The women working there are very friendly and efficient. The salon is a very clean and relaxing environment. Their massage chairs are very comfortable and new. I really enjoyed the Leg massage that came with their deluxe pedicure. Will be returning soon!

There's a first for everything, and today I got my first pedicure! In the past, girl friends would tell me to get one but I was always too "manly". Welp, today I went to visit my barber, who's in the same shopping center, and he was busy with some customers so I walked around the center and decided to venture into the unknown.
