Waited three months for an on-site visit. Thereafter, I was promised a quote in 5 days but didn't receive one. I sent multiple emails and text messages to Chris and Katy seeking an update, with no replies. Chris answered one phone call and I was promised a quote EOD but I received none. Two days later I got an email that said:
"Good afternoon and apologies for the delay. I have talked with multiple teams that we have and after discussion with them, I do not believe that we will be a good fit for your project. Unfortunately the availability of the teams that could deliver this work, at quality

Chris and Katy are amazing! I handed them a drawing I had done of what I invisioned...they delivered exactly what we wanted and then some. I wanted black tile and some other pool companies we interviewed frowned upon it as well as the style of pool we wanted but Katy and Chris loved the idea and brought it to life! It's a one of a kind pool! During the big Texas freeze we had no power for six days so our pool froze..all the damages that happened were repaired for us by Katy and Chris at no cost to us...yes, they covered everything!They went to great lengths to get us up and running. Just call Serenity and save yourself a lot of frustration. We were new to the world of pool ownership and had no idea what to expect in the process of designing and building an in-ground pool for our back yard. Our first aggravating discussions with three custom pool builders sent us back to the drawing board. We were looking for a design that captured our requirements without extras. We wanted the quote to reflect the budget so we could see what things we might have to compromise on to stay within our range.

Chris and the Serenity team did an excellent job helping us plan for our pool and backyard design. They were with us every step of the way, provided updates frequently, really listened to our needs and desires on how everything should look, and really utilized high quality technology to design and share with us. The customer portal is very helpful to be able to see where we were at in the process, communicate with the team, and track our billing. I definitely recommend Serenity if you want to make your backyard an oasis from the cares of the world.
