We built our pool about three years ago. Crystal produced a design that we fell in love with. She did a great job! It went downhill from there. I caught two mistakes as Steve was drawing out the pool in the yard that could have been disastrous. Still the pool isn't at the right elevation. Our "tanning ledge" that was supposed to be able to have a lounger on it is about a foot too deep. The pool overall ended up deeper than it should be in all places. Then I had to basically manage the project for Steve. Be careful with the contract as what you are signing puts you paying the full amount before

A bit late posting a review for Legacy Pools as our pool has been complete for almost 2 years now. But yesterday as we sat poolside we realized how much we were loving the design that Crystal did and how beautiful it fits in our backyard. Legacy Pools offered a very competitive bid and their design included much more than what the other bids offered. We've particularly enjoyed the spa size and the views we get when using. We get repeated comments from our neighbors who can see the pool from a distance. It really compliments our backyard.

From the start Legacy Pools blew us away with your tremendous design concept, hands down the best experience over all the other designs we received. In addition you genuinely listened to what my family wanted and incorporated a little something for each one of us.

I can highly recommend Legacy Pools! My backyard design and refurbish was beautiful. Steve was very conscientious in working on the design and construction of our project. He paid special attention to protecting our property and assured that anything disturbed on the property was restored to its original state when the project was completed. He was in constant contact throughout the project and kept us updated on schedule and completion regularly. Warranty work was completed very quickly and much to our satisfaction. A pleasure to work with this company.

We met with 12 reputable pool companies around Austin, including all of the big ones, and our choice was an easy one to make. Legacy was professional, personable and easy to work with from beginning to end. They were open and transparent about each stage and always communicated about where we were in the process. We had an idea for the kind of pool we wanted; Legacy made it come to life and created a backyard oasis even better than we imagined -- within our budget.
