Under the care of our Medical Esthetician, Dr. Romans and Dr. Silk provide a comprehensive approach to individual skin care needs. Our highly trained Esthetician will provide a customized program for each individual skin type. This includes prescription skin care products and an assortment of skin care services.
Many patients are familiar with the Hydra Facial, a hydrating microdermabrasion procedure. At Revitalessence Medical Spa & Laser Center, we are pleased to offer the Diamond Glow, which has a number of key advantages over the HydraFacial. Diamond Glow, formerly known as Dermalinfusion, is an advanced treatment that combines exfoliation, extraction, and infusion of different serums to improve skin health, function, and appearance.
Vellus Hair Removal is designed to exfoliate the skin of the face. A scalpel is used to gently scrape of the top layer of the skin cells. This layer of skin is the buildup of the normal dead skin cells that make up the outer layer of skin (stratum corneum). A thin layer of these cells is necessary as a normal barrier to the skin surface, but buildup of too many of these cells can lead to a dull dry look.
A chemical peel is a treatment where a trained person, usually a Physician, Nurse, or Licensed Esthetician applies a substance to the skin to cause the skin to peel, allowing smoother tighter skin to replace older sun-damaged drier skin. The substances used can vary. Physicians are more likely to use a stronger acid such as stronger concentrations of TCA (Trichloroacetic) acid or Phenol.
Not just another ordinary peel, the ZO 3-Step Peel is the only multifunctional epidermal peel designed to provide longer-lasting treatment benefits. Utilizing a blend of exfoliants, a 6% concentration of retinol and multi-action agents that stimulate collagen and restore moisture balance, it evens skin texture for softer, smoother, tighter looking skin.

After getting a quote for my laser plan and getting 3 sessions in, they nearly doubled their prices. The laser staff is great but sadly this is horrible customer service. It isn’t what I was quoted and they completed my services without warning me. I don’t think I will continue to support a company who treats their customers that way.

This is the second time I get burned during a laser hair removal procedure. I expressed to the tech multiple times that the pain was above average and that it didn’t feel normal. As friendly as she was, she did not check the settings and kept going. As soon as I got home I realized I had burn blisters. I was advised to “put Neosporin on” as a solution. Ridiculous.

My experience at Revitalessence Medical Spa & Laser Center was quite pleasant. Each individual that I met with was very professional and answered all of my questions. Claudia was very knowledgeable and explained to me the process and time table for removing one of my tattoos. She described the possible type of pain I may have and the number of treatments that I may need. ( Stinging sensation...3-4 treatments) I have scheduled my next treatment and look forward to having my tattoo completely removed.

Today was my second visit for laser tattoo removal. My first visit I was offered a patch that helps remove more ink, it's an extra charge and they said using it would make it more likely that I wouldn't have to return for a second treatment. Today I wasn't offered the patch. I heard a bunch of things unwrapping but j figured it was cause or necessities for the laser treatment. I was quoted $100 more my tattoo removal and when I got to the front desk I was told my total was $175. I asked why and they told me it was because of the patch. Been coming here to get my lips done with Melissa. One day I made the mistake of going with Shelby because Melissa was fully booked and I disliked the way my lips looked and I had to go back to get them dissolved. Thankfully, Melissa was kind enough to fix my lips. I would highly recommend Melissa, she's highly qualified, and is known for her meticulous attention to detail!

I went here because they were having the $10 per unit botox if you donated to a non-profit like SPCA.
Normally I get 40 units in the forehead, the glabella (between the brows) AND crow's feet. Here I was told that I needed 40 units for the forehead and between the brows, crow's feet was going to be additional.

Fast and professional with their services. My first time getting a tattoo removal of a tattoo and my face, next to my eye, and they did an excellent job would recommend for tattoo removal every time anybody asks now. Best part about it is that no one knows I had a face tattoo and I don't have to worry about covering it up anymore to hide it.

This review is well overdue, about 5 months ago I got my first Botox treatment and lips done at this office. I'm so glad I had my treatments done here, they didn't make me look like one of those girls that you see and can tell they had a lil too much Botox and fillers injected in their faces, where it doesn't look as natural. My forehead was smooth from the Botox treatment and my lips was nicely enhanced to look natural not like a duck or a fish, my worst fear

So energized afterwards... the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and the have the most up to date equipment. I had my first time treatment done several days ago at the Monterey Office--Revitalessence. The staff are warm and welcoming beginning with my first call.
Shauna is the RN Aesthetic Nurse who performed her magic. The experience was so much better than expected. She's clearly gifted with an eye for perfection while having a very gentle touch.
I highly recommend the practice and especially Shauna, for those fine tune-ups!

What an amazing place! The office is amazing and the entire staff is friendly and professional. I've had several procedures done and couldn't be happier with the results. Melissa and Angelica are amazing at what they do! Sara Marinelli, the patient coordinator is amazing at her job and I couldn't ask for better!
