Stephen and his staff were swamped with end of the year new business due to the massive negative changes in the 2016 health ins plans, and he still took the time to meet with me, discuss options, and recommended the best money saving plans. He did not try to sell me any more than I needed. He followed up with me at each step and was able to get insurance cards before they were officially mailed, a day before our doctor's appointment. Everyone in his office is pleasant to deal with, and I am happy I found him.
