Very professional. Steve had us taken care of in 1 day. I stated what needs I needed to be met and within a few hours Steve had quotes to us, we reviewed and in no time the insurance was active. With Steve I didn't have to second guess, he's definitely the guy for the job. He wanted to make sure our needs were met so he went over each quote in very specific detail. Contacted Steve, after recommendation from friend, as my Cobra coverage was coming to an end. Outlined the key doctors my wife and I needed in-network and had within 24 hours a selection of plan options that Steve was more than happy to discuss by phone, taking the time to discuss the nuances of each. Process was very simple and handled all by phone. Medical cards came within 5 working days so couldn't be happier.
