Eating the right type of foods at the right time of the day is essential in losing fat deposits that we store on our body. Most people fail at diets because their nutrition is poor and they are usually hungry. The other reason people fail at diets is because they crave the foods and snacks that are unhealthy.

Our weight loss program provides balanced "Nutritional Information" so that you can eat more and not be hungry. The first part of our nutrition theory is to make sure each person eats enough of the right type of foods to keep that person from being hungry. The second part of our nutrition theory is to feed each person the right combinations of foods to stop the craving of unhealthy foods that prevent you from losing fat deposits.

Here I am fat and stressed out! I was becoming fatter and fatter. When I became painfully aware of my size I realized that I had been in denial. From that point I had our percent of body fat checked by a fitness consultant and found that I was at 36% body fat. The realization was SHOCKING, therefore, I made a commitment to take control of my lifestyle and what I put into our body.
Unfortunately she was unable to keep her weight (body fat) down after she discontinued training with the first trainer. When she engaged our services she was 40 pounds over weight and her body fat was 38% which is 26% body fat higher than it should be to be healthy. She was wearing a size 10 shorts when she realized she needed professional help.
I just wanted to write you and tell you that your program is the Best "Nutritional Program" for losing weight I have found! I was 40lbs heavier than I am here and in a size 10 Shorts. Now I am down to a size 0-2 and I feel wonderful. Along with that she owns a restaurant where she can eat all the wrong foods. Michele is at 55.2% body fat in this picture which means that better than half of her body weight is in fat. I have been going to Top Fit Pros Training for 7 months now and the results have been GREAT! I lost 55 lbs and gained 22 lbs of muscle. Jeff has been my trainer for almost three years now. He is so knowledgeable. I always learn something every time I go in to his fitness facility. You can really tell he knows what he's doing. In 8 month I went from 185 pounds down to 117 pounds. I have no hanging skin and all of my muscles are tight. He make sure that everything is flexible and stretches me every time i finish working out with him. I have been to other trainers before and I never have gotten the results like I get from Jeff. While I really like this gym (great location, clean facilities, friendly trainer) and the Jeff the owner is super-cool, the review is specifically for my trainer, Jeffrey Urcan. I started working out with Jeff over a year ago and have DRASTICALLY improved my overall strength and fitness levels. While I considered myself pretty fit before, workouts with Jeff have proven that there is ALWAYS more work to do!!!

I've been working with Jeffrey Urcan at Top Fit Pros Training for about 2 months now and I'm already seeing excellent results. Jeff's superb personal training and food and diet guidance has really made fitness fun. As someone who is not predisposed to enjoying long hours in a gym this is critical for me. Without his motivational attitude, never ending list of new workouts and excellent sense of humor I would find it very hard to show up at a gym physically and mentally. With Jeff's help though I find myself not only attending a gym three days a week but looking forward to it.

Jeff is hands down the best trainer I have come across. He takes the time to understand your goals, circumstances as it pertains to reaching your goals and tailors the personal sessions as well to fit your needs. He is professional, has an amazing personality and does the right balance of pushing you enough to kick your butt into shape! I trained with him for over a year. Jeff is truly the greatest business owners and trainers in ALL of Martin County. He got me in such fabulous shape for my wedding this past October.. and for that I'll be forever grateful!
The studio gym is a good size and personal... I am the only client there for 1-on-1 sessions with Jeff. Started training with Jeff at Top fit Pros Training about 6 months ago and I have lost just over 60 lbs with the diet and exercise program he recommended. I train with Jeff 3 times a week and I feel so much better now that I have lost all that weight. I will continue training with Jeff because he knows so much and actually cares about his clients. The gym he owns has no membership fee you just pay for his service and that is very reasonable. The Gym is so clean and he always cleans all the equipment after every client he trains so I know it is clean for me. Also it is very private so all the attention
