We used Aries Charter for a trolley for our wedding and would highly recommend their services. After comparing prices and reviews of several vendors, we contacted Ericka who was very responsive and helpful. Leading up to our event, Ericka gave us the contact info for our driver Cleo who on the day of arrived promptly in a clean, updated trolley that well accommodated our group. I would highly recommend Aries for any wedding events.

Aries Charter was the transportation service at a wedding I attended in Chicagoland recently, and they were excellent.
The buses were clean and comfortable, while the drivers were punctual and friendly. They got us to and from the wedding, with an additional stop in between moving people from the ceremony to reception.
I highly recommend Aries Charter for any wedding, party or company event!

The whole process was seamless with this company, from quick, accommodating responses to the changes we made to our transportation details beforehand to the actual transportation process on the day of our wedding. Our driver Jamal was great - he arrived early, got us where we needed to go in an efficient manner with multiple stops throughout the day, and was overall just a kind, polite, easygoing, and competent driver. It really took a lot of pressure off us on our wedding day to not have to worry about the details of our transportation. Thanks so much, we had a smooth experience all around and

I highly recommend working with Aries for any wedding needs! We hired a trolley for part of our wedding day to get us to and from spots around the city for pictures. Aries was so easy to work with and made scheduling seamless. On the day of, our driver Joshua was absolutely fantastic. He was very early, attentive, communicative, drove safely, and even made the day fun for our crew! Thank you Aries team, we will definitely work with them again if we need transportation in the future!

Aries handled our guest transportation for our August 2021 wedding. It was very important to us that our guests receive clean, safe transportation to our venue, and Aries delivered. We had a slight snag when the driver accidentally went to the wrong hotel first but the driver quickly got to the correct place and got back on track. I would recommend Aries.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with this company for my mom's 80th birthday. Our driver, John, was courteous, on-time and super friendly,. He contributed to the overall celebratory atmosphere and even was kind enough to take some wonderful pictures as well. This is a memory my mother will always cherish. What a great day we had, and the trolley was beautiful, clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable.

I hired Aries Shuttle for my wedding in early November, to take the wedding party from the hotel to our Venue, then return to the hotel to pick up guests and then be available for return visits for a few hours before the reception ended in case people wanted to head back early. The communication at first wasn't ideal, but my wedding planner got a hold of a different manager who was really helpful. The price was reasonable and better than a few others, so I felt like even with a few bad reviews I would take a chance.

We just used Aries Charter for the second time for our annual Christmas Party. We've used other charters in the past and will only use Aries from this point forward. I didn't know it could be so easy. Aries made our event run so smoothly that I could focus on other things. From the planning to the ride, everyone was very helpful. Lisa was our contact, she went above and beyond to make our events a success. Our drivers for both events were so good that we had no worries.

I've been meaning to write this review for years. As a downtown commuter for quite a while, I've learned that you have to watch out for these buses. I can't count the number of times I've seen these buses almost hit bikers and pedestrians and not obey the rules of the road. Be on alert when you see them on the road.

We had a wonderful experience working with Antoinette from Aries Charter. We used them for our wedding transportation and had multiple receptions and venues in the mix which could have been a logistical nightmare if it wasn't for their team. Antoinette worked with us and helped us streamline our transportation needs to keep everything as cost effective as possible. She made suggestions for vehicles that would be easy for our elderly guests to get in and out of and also for me the bride in my dress! Note: limos are not easy to get in and out of in a fitted gown, but their mini-buses are

Do not hire this company. I cannot stress enough how annoyed and unhappy I am with the service we have received. After an unpleasant experience a few years ago, I decided to give them another chance - Bad.Idea.
The driver got lost and did not have a GPS system so relied on our out-of-town guests to get him to the venue. Then he didn't know how tall his bus was and almost got stuck under an overpass (Fun!), then - he refused to move the bus after stopping on some black ice to unload our guests (some of whom were elderly and walking with canes). Also he didn't speak English.

We hired Aries to provide a 55 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding between the hotel on Michigan Avenue and our venue near the United Center on New Years Eve. Literally 3.5 miles, straight down Grand. Nonetheless, our driver managed to make several egregious mistakes in what should have been a quick 20 minute trip. He was unprepared for a nearby underpass, despite their prevalence in downtown Chicago, and actually made our guests wait while he went out and measured the height of the bus. He also missed the entrance to the venue, got the bus stuck down a dead end, and was reluctant to move

I ride a shuttle to work provided by this company. Today they were 20 minutes late for a pickup. I know things happen but when its 6 degrees out that is just not acceptable, especially at Ogilvie where the passengers don't have the luxury that Union riders do of hiding like indoor lap dogs. We were standing outside freezing to death.
Thennnn to top it off the driver had the gall to actually ask for my pass. Listen bud even if i could break away my frozen limbs to pull out my wallet with out breaking off several necessary parts of my body, when you are 20 minutes late.. you get no demands

We used Aries Charter for our wedding transportation.
Our ceremony was in the city and our reception was in the burbs. Half of our guests were from Ohio, and we didn't want any of them getting lost or having a bad experience while driving, so hiring transportation for them to get to the ceremony and back to the reception was a priority for us.
We researched several companies, and Aries had the best prices and a nice fleet of vehicles, so we hired them. We wanted them to take a scenic route through the city so our guests could see a little bit of beautiful Chicago, and they had no problem

Recently used Aries to charter our trip to a concert. Driver got lost on the way there. Left a cell phone on the bus after the trip and immediately called to collect it. Driver informed us the phone would be fine only to find out it was stolen by the cleaning crew. When asked about the phone in question Aries employee replied with "We do not hire the best people to work here." So they hire crooks. Would imagine with the low in the the economy it might be time to hire better employees.
Aries was very unprofessional and would suggest finding another charter company for your events
