They put a well cistern in for my family. It collapsed in 5 months. They didn't drain or set tank properly. They wouldn't come fix their mistakes and wanted 2k more money. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Wouldn't recommend anyone ever use their services.

Very prompt, complete and professional group. Needed a new well due to issues caused by another drillers short cuts. New well is awesome. Came back and made sure we had adequate pressure even though it wasn't an issue with the new system. Would definately recommend these guys.

My husband had been calling around places in getting our pump fixed. He had called American Drilling and had left a message. In the meantime proceeded to call around other places. Another company was willing to come out right away so of course we decided to go with then. Then my husband gets a call back from them and was irate that we went with another company. Was cussing and saying not to call him back when this other company doesn't show. What kind of customer service does this place run? Beyond rude.

We had a problem with our water being off New year's morning. They came to the house within 1 hour after being called and in less than an hour later had everything fixed at a very reasonable price. Very reasonable price for sure. They were responsive, friendly and I highly, highly recommend them.

We have had them drill 4 water wells for us and install water conditioning systems at various properties. They helped us locate water underground and helped us determine the best place to drill for water. They informed us each step of the way about what was going on. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to help and work with the homeowner. They have come down and helped if any problems arise. They stand by their work. We highly recommend them for your water well needs.
