Here at Issaquah Honda Kubota we stand behind the products we sell and the service is provided by our factory-trained technicians. We service every brand we sell and others as well. Check with us for all your repair and replacement needs! Our large selection of equipment and parts can be shipped to you anywhere.
Parts for return must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned within 15 days of invoice date or a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Parts cannot be returned after 60 days from date of invoice. Special order parts are not returnable. Freight billed on phone orders is not refundable. Parts accuracy cannot be guaranteed without part number from original part.

Stopped in for some pressure washer parts, and after search all their stock on hand without any luck the parts guy was kind enough to recomend another business that would have the parts I needed. This is why I will always try to buy from Issaquah Honda Kubota first....They're just good honest people.

Wanted to give a shout out to Zac and Chris in the service department. They both went above and beyond to help me out and get me a snowblower for my BX23S in the middle of multiple blizzards here in Kittitas county in December 2021. Zac in particular has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable on multiple occasions. Chris helped me fix a fuel leak on the spot when he delivered my blower. These are guys you can count on.

After having drove out here, these jerks refused to sharpen my lawn mower blade because it had some minor dents in it. I will never return.
Response to the owners comments: that’s not what the folks at STHIL (just down the road on NE Sunset Blvd. and Union in Renton) told me when they SHARPENED MY BLADE YOU REFUSED, ARGHHHHHH! (Sam Kinison style). They did a terrific job, too.

Awesome service team. Kudos to Zac and Ken. They treat their customers with respect and build relationships. It's ok with them if you just bought a tractor for the first time and didn’t grow up riding on them tractors, they'll take care of you and spend the time to ensure you’re set. I have been working with them for over three years and I keep going back.

I have 2 chainsaws. One of them is a STIHL that needed repair,s The other one is brand X . It's chain keeps jumping off the bar. Went to dealer Issaquah. They were Issaquah Honda-Kubota in Issaquah, WA . I explained the problem with both chainsaws, , emphasized I only needed "expert opinion" regarding the problem with brand X. "Their" advise: bring both in for diagnosis. Our agreement was if repairs for the Stihl cost too much I'll buy a new chainsaw from them. I went home, got the saws & back to the store service counter. All of a sudden I was faced with hostile-(underlined) repair folks. Why

I rarely take the time to write a review however, being a first-time tractor owner, I feel compelled to do so. I recently purchased a Kubota L2501 and the owner, Tom, super nice guy led me through the process. Before dealing with Tom I had called all the other kubota dealerships in my area and Tom gave me the overall best deal and was the most knowledgeable! I was literally in the store for 12 minutes to complete the sale. No hassle and straight to the point. This is a family-owned business for the past 34 years and the staff has low turnover which is reflected by their extensive knowledge levels
