Dr. Pintz's office is taking the threat of Covid-19 very, very seriously. Patients are screened before they enter the office and 12 hours prior to the office visit. Patients enter and exit different doors and never come in contact with other patients. All surfaces are cleaned constantly. As always, I feel well cared for and my concerns are given the time that they deserve. Staff is friendly and caring even under layers of PPE. Dr. Pintz has the gentlest hands in the business.

Dr. Pintz and her staff are just great. I have total dental anxiety and dread even having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Pintz and her staff have been so caring letting me take a break just so I could to relax my mouth a bit before continuing. Always making sure I'm comfortable. She is truly a pain free dentist. She's great with my kids.They get excited about going to the dentist. Today we met their therapy dog. A gentle giant named Ollie. He was a great calming distraction and the kids loved him.

Our family loves Dr. Pintz! She cares for our whole family and is excellent with adults and children. She always has the patient's best interest at heart and is extremely gentle and has impeccable patience. Rick, the Office Manager, is also amazing! He helps navigate through confusing insurance benefits and payment plans! We highly recommend Dr. Pintz!

I only would give a 1 star if I was actually able to get an appointment. I called for an appointment for my mother, but the receptionist was so rude I decided to move on to another office. Just incompetent and uncaring. Although it is further, I am going to take my mother to my dentist. Lesson learned that not all dental offices are the same.

Our family loves Dr. Pintz and her staff!! We have been patients of Barbara's since 2005. Her staff is friendly and professional, and she is the best dentist we've ever known. Her office is comfortable and warm, and her manner is reassuring and kind. This office holds hours that were difficult for my school age children and my husband to manage. When I requested that my family's x-rays be emailed to the new doctor's office I was charged "for processing". The processing consisted of attaching files that already belong to me to an email. Not to mention the files were already contained in an electronic format. I was told they typically charge $20 per person but since I balked at the idea, they charged $20 for the family. My husband had to make a special trip to the office in order to pay the fee before any files would

This office was the absolute worst and I will not be going back. Long story, but I'll just say that the Dr. and the front office staff need major lessons on people skills. They are concerned with only two things: Making money and keeping appointments so they don't lose money.
I have found an office in Gurnee with Dr. Victor Lao on Nation's Drive. He is awesome. The staff is nice and it's always an easy and pleasant visit every time I go. Dr. Lao really cares about his patients and knows what he's doing when it comes to dentistry.
