ClarksLaws.com was founded by attorney Jim Clark in 2005 after he left a large corporate Wall Street law firm to focus exclusively on a law practice representing landlords and active real estate investors. Mr. Clark has been involved in thousands of real estate investment transactions and disputes as an attorney, an observer, and an investor.

Mr. Clark (Jim) is an AMAZING lawyer who handled my drawn-out and seemingly impossible real estate transaction brilliantly and got my house for me under immensely difficult circumstances.
Initially, I was skeptical any lawyer would be willing to represent my interests in a family-involved and highly tense situation. At the time, I'd been widowed young and then-recently, this legal matter came out of nowhere, and I was majorly financially outgunned by the other party in what became a year and a half long effort to purchase my house. (We finally closed on December 22nd, 2021.)

Jim Clark and his team have my highest praise, for all aspects of how they handled my case. I was heading for foreclosure, and then actually in foreclosure. Mr Clark calmly and clearly told me all my options. He was very patient and gave me a lot of time before I even decided which way to proceed. Ellin was always very helpful, as was Adam, even when he was very new and very nervous, offering to accompany me to Court.

Clark's Law was fantastic, they stayed on top of all the issues and always knew the status of the buyers mortgage commitments. I didn't have to hound them and advise them what to do next. What a refreshing experience. Their accounting was spot on and Stacee was not only a delight to speak with but was on top of all issues.
