Very reluctant to get a response from anyone at the company. They refuse to pay third party vendors who have completed work at their properties. I would never do work with them again. Extremely unprofessional.

This is a hollow apology. I have been trying to get a hold of ANYBODY at your company for months for work completed in November. I'm still waiting on a phone call like I have specifically requested. You NEVER informed me what information i needed to provide until days ago. I provided necessary information, and still have not heard back. You're company is unprofessional

Terrible property management company! You don't get a response to your emails (their preferred method of contact) unless you call and talk to someone and then they will email you back 24-48 hours later. I asked a lady what I would do if I had an emergency maintenance issue and she said she didn't have the answer to that question. I am considering moving from my condo just because of this company. Their "Elite" name definitely doesn't reflect their service.

Elite Management Services is the least professional and least responsive service company I have ever worked with. Property issues, requests for quotes and other condo board issues go unresolved month after month after month with not even a returned call or email response from our property manager. If you are looking for accountability, responsiveness and good communication - look elsewhere.
Let me add - it has been over a month since I posted this comment and received the reply stating I would receive a response within 24 hours to address my concerns. No one ever reached out to me or responded

Elite has been the management company to our community for over 15 years. They were able to help us get our delinquencies down and help get things done in the community with the little money we had. They go above and beyond for the small fee they charge us. Mike and the maintenance team are timely with repairs and if repairs are out of scope they have vendors meet with the homeowners and the bids are reviewed by the board. Staff is courteous and Dan is experienced and knowledgeable to recommend the right solutions based on current circumstances. As long as the board can agree, Elite goes above

We recently transitioned to Elite Management Services hoping for a better experience in regards to our property management and I must say this company may be worse than before. They have a standard answering system and they just take a message for the issue. They are then supposed to pass on the issue to the proper person which they rarely do. If they do pass it along, I am unaware as I never get a returned phone call following up. It is very frustrating as I pay them a nice fee monthly for the service they are supposed to provide.
