I had a very bad experience and I don’t even live here. First, the line stays busy all day when trying to call. If you do get through, there is no option to leave a voicemail. The office is currently closed as well so you can not stop inside. Once I was able to contact someone who works in the office, I set up a tour of the condos. I was advised to come between 9am-5pm. I arrived at 9:15am like I discussed on the phone. No one was there! I was very upset because I drove all the way there for no reason. Based on these situations already I am no longer interested in living here.

As very clear from my wife's post, our daughter is unable to use the handicap parking space. Keep in mind, she is handicapped. The space is for employees and future residents. Although no employee is handicapped. We were told that it is available to her on weekends. So I guess she's not allowed to be handicapped through the week. OUTRAGEOUS!!! My daughter has been handicapped since birth. She has the placecard, driver's and plate endorsement. The response you gave is absolutely untrue!

I have lived in Bent Tree for 2 years. I could go on and on about how unhappy I have become here. At first it seemed great. But, that was before I ever voiced a complaint. Voicing complaints changes everything it seems. Yes the pool is dirty most of the time, but when it's not it's nice to be at. The fountain out front is beautiful.. well, when it's working. Last year they "repainted" the front doors. That was something else that turned out bad. The paint has peeled and looks bad. Maintenance is down right horrible. I'm not even going to go into that. It's just BAD. Out of all my issues and complaints

Been a resident of bent tree long enough to know they are awful! The pool is dirty every day, unless you clean it yourself. I don't think the filters have ever worked. I've never seen a single person but residents clean the area. Why doesn't maintenance clean and keep it up? The edge of the bottom of the pool is so nasty I refuse to swim in it the tennis court is tore up, the basket ball court was half updater but still bad.
The lights work sometimes and that's complimenting I work early in the morning and come out to pitch black no working lights. Its crazy to call yourself a condo complex and

Maintenance has been increased to 5 days per week. The basketball, tennis court, and pool were redone in 2018. The $650 is only for the residents whom OWN their unit and whom ELECT to use the amenities. Tenants that lease from Bent Tree do not pay for use of the amenities. Units have been remodeled with Corian countertops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded flooring. Affordable and nice place to live!! Edit: Mr.Billingslly lives in the section that is privately owned. Ms. Davis must live in that section also because she is not a tenant of Bent Tree. They have an HOA that

You can remodel a kitchen, you can repair minor things outside here and there but it does not make up for Horrible Management and Horrible staff. If you are looking for a nice place to live and would like to have friendly caring management do NOT rent here. I would goes as far as to say the Owners are horrible too if they allow their management and staff to treat people the way they do and run their condos the way they do. The new kitchen and other minor things they "have" repaired are just band aides on the bigger problem. These condos are old, outdated (minus the kitchen) and poorly ran.

Pros - Good location, quiet.
Cons - very limited parking and they charge you $650 to use the basketball court that has cracks everywhere in the pavement & no lights and a pool that is always dirty and extremely outdated. Anyone that says otherwise either works for Bent Tree or straight lying. Dont believe me come see for yourself.
Edit: FYI Christa Mullins you spelled my name wrong and clearly work for Bent Tree lol. Im not sure how the up keep of the pool, basketball court, and tennis court isnt Bent Tree responsibility. Like I said before if they dont believe me come see for youself..

Granted there aren't many great places to rent in Huber these are at least decent looking. Don't let that fool you though. Maintenance is terrible and they're only there 2-3 days a week so don't expect anything to be fixed quickly. The property manager is terrible. Maintenance is so disrespectful even when I've asked for them to enter the home quietly. My husband is 3rd shift and he's woken up every time he comes. Nothing is ever properly fixed. Our toilets still continue to run even though I've put requests in. Our fridge just quit working and they don't work with you at all as far as replacing

Lived here from 2016 to 2017, maintenance comes into your home without knocking an comes through your garage an not the front door. You could be doing anything an they just barge in. They half do things, the maintenance only works about two days a week so if u need something fixed it will be days until its done, we have had three separate neighbors since living here they have all been loud, playing loud music, fighting ect and nothing happens, DONT MOVE HERE NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICES
