My Audi A4 was in need of some major serious repairs. Timing Chain being one of them . Mitch from 610AutoHaus performed a Courtesy inspection and explained the importance of the repair . I am a third shift healthcare worker and my fear was being stranded on my way to work . The professionalism and friendliness of Auto Haus was amazing . They went out of their way to keep my husband and I informed on the repairs . We will continue to use 610 Auto Haus . The crew over at 610AutoHaus are very knowledgeable and professional! There warranty on there parts and work show how much they stand behind there work. There are only a handful of shops that would even work on my car and they were able to explain and recommend what was needed versus just selling me on a bunch of items and services for the car. Would highly recommend.

I want to change my negative review from a few months back. I was upset at the time and the person handling my VW GLI issue is no longer employed here. Thank goodness! Mary, Nate and Mitch went out of their way to finally resolve my VW GLI issue. I am truly thankful for their kindness and professionalism to make me a happy customer for which I will return in the near future! A small shop but definitely a great one!

Got my valve cover gasket replaced, drive belt replaced, and some new tires all around. They were professional in listing all the maintenance they recommend and being courteous about any maintenance you decline. The pricing is a little high for hourly wage at $150/hr of maintenance, but they do quality work, and know their way around bmws and Mercedes. Would take my car back for any big issues, but smaller maintenance things like oil changes, filter changes, tires, etc. would probably do myself or would take to another shop that I frequent with my other simpler cars(Toyota/Honda).

I had my BMW X6 a/c compressor replaced last week. The serviced was great and explained to me the works that needs to be done. It comes with a 5 yrs warranty on parts and labor as mentioned. I would highly recommend their shop especially if your car is a european made. They have a knowledgeable crews that can handle any issues. They are a lot cheaper compared to dealer charges with an excellent customer service. Thank you!

Not an honest shop. I’ve been blocked on Google. And have now been blocked via other avenues to alert consumers. BBB will be contacted. They will take your money and continue to fabricate other issues. Their buddies are the ones leaving praises via reviews. I have every ‘estimate’ printed along with many other documents. The owner has our phone number, along with their service manager. Taking advantage of hard working, honest people. During COVID nonetheless, and our car is a VW. The people’s’ car.
