High quality service. I had a rear differential that needed replacement and Rob diagnosed the problem and did some research and found it was a common issue with Mazda CX-5’s. Also discovering that Mazda had redesigned the differential (but not issuing a recall), Rob recommended to get the part from the manufacturer. My vehicle was fixed the day after the part came in with an inspection performed as well. Fast and reliable service. Highly recommended.

I have had small business with several vehicles, from cars to trucks. I take the all to Rob. He has consistently given me straight answers and resolutions I a very timely manner. I never had to take one back after he said it was done... always done right. I would recommend him to anyone who is tiered of wasting there money with other garages.

Richardson's Auto is the best! Even when I have an unexpected emergency with my car, Rob and Jeremy always take care of it. They are kind, courteous and just in general, good people. I would recommend them to anyone with their car, whether you have a truck or an older/newer vehicle. Small automotive places are dwindling, please help keep them small businesses like this in business! They are amazing and will tell you the honest truth about what's going on with your vehicle!

I have a modified suspension that was well out of whack. I thought it may have been an issue. So I made an appointment with Rob. This was the second time I used this shop. I was in and out within 45 minutes driving straight as an arrow. No issues. Very friendly and informative.

Got a flat on a Saturday and as a new driver I had no idea of what was happening. So I got off the highway and went to the nearest automotive repair place which was this one. I then seen it was a flat and they were closed for the weekend but my spirit said this was a good place and it was clean. So, I left my car and left a message and Rob called me first thing that Monday morning and was super polite and professional (I am a stickler when it comes to mannerism and professionalism). I brought my keys and was greeted with his warm personality. He said he would give me a call when the car was ready
