Unit 404 is a 4th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at the private Gulf Front gated community at The Pearl. The Pearl is located on Navarre Beach, FL and is home to one of the most beautiful community pools on Navarre Beach! The Navarre Beach Regency is one of the truly great properties on the island. The Regency condos are extra large and come in two and three bedroom configurations. After the forecast of a hurricane we were contacted by owner for a update and we asked for refund all they offered was a voucher. $1500 just kind of hanging about until I decide to vacation in Florida again. When asked for refund was told he was being more than generous with the voucher and he didn’t have to do anything. Very displeased with the ethics and values of this company I own an automobile repair facility and my customer will always receive there money back if they are not 100% satisfied!

Thane and his staff were fantastic to work with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit at the Regency for 5 nights and a 3 bedroom for 7. The accommodations were great and our transition from one unit to the other was easy and seamless. We had never stayed at Navarre before but we will definitely be back and will work with Navarre Vacation Rentals again. Top notch all the way around!

We have used Navarre Vacation Rentals for the past two summer vacations and have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences with them and Thane Creech. Thane has been very responsive to requests for information and changes we needed this year related to Covid-19 impacts on our schedule. Our vacation this past week was incredible! We especially appreciate the "perks" working with Thane -- I love the water cooler in the kitchen and my wife loves the European items. Thanks for making our vacations so special!

Loved the condo. Enough space for 5 adults and 1 child. Did not like being woken up every morning at 8am on my vacation by remodeling or repairs being done in the condo beside us. They could've at least let other units know they were going to be bagging for hrs every dang morning. The only morning they didnt bang was the morning we left, go figure. Communication with the rental company was excellent and quick. Had no problems other than the excessive banging.

The service was outstanding and we loved our condo! We booked via VRBO a few weeks before and somehow our rental dates got lost between VRBO and NVR LLC. That's when Thane at NVR stepped up to the plate and luckily was able to find us another unit in the same complex on short notice. While we were there he stayed in contact and made sure everything was going fine with our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. Because of him I can't say enough good about Navarre Vacation Rentals.

This is our second time renting through Thane and NVR LLC. Super easy to work with and extremely responsive to any issues you might have. They actually called US to make sure everything was okay the day after we checked in. We had some wifi issues and Thane stayed on it until it was resolved. Can't say enough good things about these folks. We love Navarre Beach and will be back!

Provides false information (pricing) on VRBO and HomeAway and then let's your booking request sit for 24 hours without contacting you. Had to call this place to get any sort of response and I get..... Take it up with VRBO....VRBO says you (Navarre Vacation Rentals) are responsible for your own listing(s). Unprofessional to say the least.
