Lila Davidson, Beach Bum BB's owner and origin of the BB nickname, began a new career after settling on Pensacola Beach.

Visit the 50-acre local zoo and feed a budgie, hippo or giraffe. Don't forget to ride the safari train to see the African preserve. We're very fond of our zoo and the care it's given, but don't take our word for it, see all the great google reviews. The heart of Pensacola is along this street. Start with Vinyl Music Hall (you could catch a cool concert) and walk through the local art shops and salons.

Our rental unit was promptly and properly prepared as expected. There was no guesswork as to check in or accommodations. They also went above and beyond to ensure the oven and grill were clean for a member of our travel party with allergies. When we had a slight problem they responded pleasantly and asap (replaced a wonky coffee maker). As for the unit, itself, Beach Club1406 was amazing. We have a long history of many vacation rentals, so we have had all sorts of experiences. This luxury rental did not disappoint. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental

Truly the most beautiful beach stay we’ve ever had! The nearly 360* views of the ocean and bay were amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and invitingly comfortable! It was perfectly designed, spacious and spotless. The kitchen had the most extensive supply of appliances and culinary provisions of anyplace we’ve ever stayed! We enjoyed a bottle of champagne on the balcony before departing! Thankyou for a most memorable weekend, looking forward to another stay there in the future!

Beach Bum BB Vacation Rentals manages "Pelican Pointe", my 3 bedroom, 3 bath Beach Club condo. They are always professional, going above and beyond to take care of my guests, as well as myself. The professionalism and attention to detail, as soon as they pick up the phone to assist, is impecable. The unit is immaculate every time, I walk in, which is comforting, since I know my guest get the same cleaniness every time they walk in. Beach Bum BB worked with my group of 8 to cancel our condo a week before we were to arrive. They were able to re-book the unit the day before and we were not responsbile for 50% of the fee.
We booked our unit 6 months before our trip for blue angels week in July.
Then Covid hit the world. We had hoped that the virus was under control and expected to take our vacation as planned in July. The week before our trip, the blue angels cancelled the show, Covid was out of control with record number of new cases in Florida. My group is high risk and we were *Very* concerned. We decided to cancel our trip

I called on March 4th to speak with Stephanie I advised her of the issue I was having with the national pandemic I was unable to keep my reservation due to funds lost in my household . I was advised to call back on the 1st and she will refund me my refund in full except for the cancellation fee if $200. I called as advised and she advised me that she doesn't recall the conversation she had with me and she refuses to refund me my deposit, she basically stating everything I was telling her was a lie . She advised me if I have something stating that she said that THEN she will refund me otherwise

Stayed 6 nights at Blue Lagoon Beach Club Resort #503. Condo was very clean and nicely appointed with decor and everything needed for the kitchen - truly impressive in the thoughtfulness that went into stocking utensils, dishes, cookware and far better than you'd find at a long term hotel residence, for instance. We had a slight hiccup with the wifi that was remedied quickly (teenagers need their wifi even while at the beach apparently!). The furnishings were upscale and comfortable. The property itself is very nicely located and perfect for a family beach vacation. Our only nit-picks are that

Loved it. Stayed in #1505. From the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a rental to the amazing view it was a perfect family vacation. Traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids all 5 and under. Having the indoor pool was a huge perk cause we did have showers almost every afternoon, was nice to let the kids keep getting their energy out. Even with 7 people we had plenty of room. Only down side was it comes with NO condiments of any type- even lacking salt and pepper. We where kind of surprised by this so make sure to bring or buy everything you need. Other than that it’s still 5stars all the

We really enjoyed our stay at Ruby Tide. The unit had everything we needed to get started plus a few things we don't always get at other units (beach towels). We had an issue with the keypad into our unit, but our friends at Beach Bum made sure the issue was resolved right away. We have stayed at several condo rentals in the past, but this one rates at the top as one of our favorites. Very clean as well - a must for us!
