I purchased a mattress on a Monday and by Friday of the same week, it was scheduled to be delivered. The delivery was free, the gentleman who delivered my mattress came actually before their delivery time which to me is a great thing, and they set up everything it was awesome! I was especially appreciative of the gentlemen making sure that they cleaned up after themselves after they delivered the item.

Because of all the different types of mattresses, I was dreading to shop for a new bed. Received a recommendation for Midwest Mattress, they did not disappoint. Sales associates were fabulous, no high sales pressure, very knowledgeable. Made shopping for a new bed a nice experience. The store had a good selection of beds on the display. Bed was delivered when promised, the crew did an amazing job (taking off their shoes before they entered) on their own free will. Explained all the features on the adjustable base. I will definitely return to Midwest Mattress when I’m in need of another new bed

I love this company and the people who work there. They are experienced and knowledgeable on their products.
Have purchased a massage chair from then and loved the salesman Mike so much when it was time to buy a bed for my husband that fit is ongoing health issues, I started my search here. Was not disappointed.
I love shopping local and when you get customer service like this you have to send all your friends.
Did have issues with a 3rd purchase but they reached out and made it right. You will not regret buying from them. They know what customer service is and its hard to find old fashion values

Had a great experience at Midwest Mattress. Good selection and found something that suited us and it was in stock to be delivered only a couple of days later. Delivery went smoothly. Notified of window at time of placing order. Slightly more specific window day before. Received a call to let me know they were 30 min out. Hauled away old mattress and put new one in place without issue. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

We have had our eye out for a new bed set for a few weeks now. Midwest provided us with amazing service and we were able to walk out today happy after purchasing our new bed set. The prices were unbeatable. And they were patient in answering all of our questions. I will definitely be recommending Midwest mattress to anyone who is interesting in upgrading their mattress! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back whenever this one needs replaced as well!
