Honestly couldn't talk higher of the company and staff. They took the time to show me the right option and did not just go straight to the highest priced beds. They provided the same or better pricing as online and MUCH better service! I will definitely be sending others their way and buying my next bed there.

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much to this amazing team. They helped find the perfect bed for my parent's today. Very knowledgeable about each mattress. They're all very caring and have a great sense of humor. Price point was great. Loved how my parent's weren't pressured to buy anything, but your team gave 100% anyways. To be honest, I originally purchased a "Bed in a box" from Amazon, strictly for the price. When it arrived, it was the wrong item and it's been a hassle getting it returned.
Mari and her team allowed me to try out a number of beds to find the perfect fit and comfort level.
I may have paid more than I would have at a big box store, but you can't buy customer service and it sure doesn't hurt to support a local business.

We purchased a King Nectar Copper infused 10 days ago and the staff is wonderful, Very helpful and listens to what you like and don't like to help you get the bed that is for you, This Nectar is Amazing! My husband and I both love it and I myself don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I have never been so comfortable. We don't hurt when we wake up which is a big plus, we both sleep sounder and longer. I highly recommend this bed and Sweet Dreams Mattress in Nevada, IA.

This was one of the best customer service experiences ever. The owner, Mary, opened for us to visit and was an expert on what to look for in an adjustable bed. She took her time and knew how to advise us on which mattresses and frames to try, based on our unique needs. The bed we ordered was delivered on time by very friendly staff, and the price can’t be beat. I shopped around at a few different stores before discivering and settling on this one. And the sales representatives at them reminded me of car salesmen. All of the staff here were extremely amiable. Very helpful, knowledgeable about mattresses, and informative. This place rocks! Just furnished my whole place (mattress, bed, sofas, bar stools, lamp, etc.) and couldn't be happier. I was nervous about buying from a catalog, but it turned out wonderfully! Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy with the sales stuff. The delivery guys were great too! Everything arrived super fast and was hassle free.

I recently bought a new mattress and foundation here, and I'm more than satisfied. The owner is friendly and a pretty good salesperson, but it is a small operation. The prices are fair. I'd only go out of my way for a specific sale on a specific mattress. They do have certain high end brands that other stores in Ames and other towns don't have. If you do have a significant back problem or insist on luxury mattresses, then this place is a great locale and a fair buy. There's also bits of furniture. I don't really drive out to Nevada but depending on what you're looking

Just bought a full-sized mattress from Mari at Sweet Dreams in Nevada, Iowa. Excellent service. Many mattresses (I brought my own pillows) and fine service. Mari was like a relative with helpful suggestions rather than a hurried salesperson, knew which products would best fit my requests, and the young men assistants were Old-World courteous, alert, conscious, respectful, focused and well spoken. Although I could have saved myself the 40-mile drive, when Mari told me on the phone beforehand that her own ancestors had founded Nevada, I had to go see it and enjoy the drive.
