Went in for a root canal, on a tooth that kept getting infected, and affecting my work. Everybody was really friendly, even though it was the ungodly hour of 8 A.M. 😵😴 Oral surgeon took x-rays (I was referred by my primary dentist down the street). Then he made a game plan. Numbed inside of my mouth real well. Executed the gameplan, and now it doesn't hurt my tooth nerve, (or twinge my brain) to eat, drink cold liquids, or breathe too quickly through my mouth in the morning before work. Easily the best $350 (DeltaCare USA) I've spent this quarter.

I am happy with the outcome of my kids having braces, but their customer service is lacking. The office does not have a working answering system on the weekends, so you cannot leave a message if there are any issues. Now the office is only opened on Mondays. Finally, we skipped an appointment in August and forgot to reschedule. Three months later I called to get an appointment. No one reached out to me since August to reschedule. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great place, Both receptionist were very helpful and kind even for after care questions, Dr. Oz Simel was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind answered all my questions as i was super nervous of a tooth extraction and one wisdom, but quickly got my trust, as well as his assistant, I’ll be coming here for future work needed.

I've been working very closely with Dr. Shah and his staff, and they have really gone above and beyond with making sure I was taken care of. I feel like I've even become friends with some of the folks here, and we even joke about catching a drink one of these days. Will be coming back with any and all of my dental needs. 😊

Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I was having issues with my current dentist that delayed my wisdom teeth extraction by a month, yet they were able to take me within a week. Dr. Simel is very straightforward and helps walk you through the procedure, telling you exactly what will happen. He and his assistants help eased my discomfort and I was in and out of the operating room in 30 minutes for 4 wisdom teeth.

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Oz Simel was clear in his explanation of the procedures and made sure I understood the risks. The assistant was also very good. I used the local anesthesia, and both were good about checking up me often and letting me know what to expect to feel during the procedure. The receptionists were nice and explained all of the costs clearly.

I had to have a tooth extraction. Everyone was very nice and patient when I was asking all my questions. The surgery itself was quick. There is some expected pain and soreness in my gums, but I believe it would have been much worse with a different team because it was in the very back of my mouth and hard to get to. Even in pain, I am a happy patient.

The office is clean and everyone is very nice and professional. Dr. Ma did my root canal and I didn't feel a thing, which in itself was amazing. I have had a bunch of root canals and they hurt like hell. Dr. Ma was very personable, professional and very gentle. I had a great experience and if I ever need another root canal I will be going to see Dr. Ma! I highly recommend going to Willow Glen Dental Specialist and seeing Dr. Ma or some of the other specialist in this office! Awesome experience!!!
