Diem is a Seattle native who used to own a successful restaurant in the affluent Capitol Hill neighborhood before moving to the Bay Area to become an integral member and office manager of the Ueno Center. She loves to call Campbell her home as she loves the culture, people, and most importantly, the weather.
A text will be sent to you at or just prior to your appointed time slot (If you do not have a cell phone, we will email you a link). We allow 30 minutes for our Telehealth consultations and if you are late to the consultation, this will take away from your overall appointment time. We will also need any pertinent x-rays, photos, and referral forms sent to us at least 24 hours prior to your consultation.

For me, the experience at Ueno Center was pleasant, efficient, thorough, and professional. From being greeted upon entering to having a procedure performed by Dr Bui, all was done extremely well. Billing and scheduling is also good. Everything was explained succinctly and all my questions and concerns, answered fully. The office seems relatively new, immaculately clean, with the use of current technology. I highly recommend this dental center.

What an Amazing place!!! Very Clean, very Anti-Covid and Staff was excellent. My Dental assistant walked me through all the procedures!
Then Dental Specialist came in explained all that was to be done! I was laid back Flat, Headphones were put on my head, a Big Screen TV appeared rights above me. I was in Heaven!! I got 6 shots and two teeth Roots extracted and I didn't feel any pain at all. When they finished I wanted to stay longer. If I could, I'd rate them 10 stars!!!

The facility is spotless, convenient, with ample parking. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Margarida who took an xray and photos was lovely. Dr Bui examined me, explained her recommendations clearly and concisely, and I was provided a written estimate of costs and insurance. Excellent professional office.

From the moment that I contacted the office to the moment that I walked out of the office, to put it simply, it was AMAZING!! Dr. Ueno and his staff ooze customer service and customer satisfaction. The front office staff and all of the assistants were amazing. Everyone in the office talks to you as if they have known you forever, and they all make you feel so comfortable. And BTW...the office is superb!! I am talking the attention to detail is gorgeous. Dr. Ueno has all of the top technology that a patient would want and need. So far so great with Ueno Center, the staff is super helpful and the hygienist here are knowledgeable. The Dr's have performed several procedures that have improved my health. Still need to get a few procedures done hopefully all goes well. Kudos to the team for a successful practice. It's easy to see why they get many positive reviews.
