At Pro-Teck Coating Inc., we offer both three automated overhead conveyor lines and batch powder coating services. Our automated part size capacity is 30''x70''x15' long, while our batch size part size capacity measures 5'x5'x26' long. In addition, we ensure that all products undergo a series of pre-coating preparations, such as coating removal, degreasing, or immersion or spray washing to ensure top-notch powder coating results.
Because there are no solvents that evaporate into harmful or flammable vapors, powder coatings emit zero or near zero volatile organic compounds (VOC). 2. Powder coating can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging. 3. Powder coating overspray can be recycled and thus it is possible to achieve nearly 100% use of the coating.
The majority of modern powder coats are classified as decorative finishes, formulated to maximize color, gloss, and texture. Powder coats formulated for maximum corrosion resistance, as might be required for outdoor applications in the marine and architectural industries, are classified as functional finishes.
