I was prepared for my experience to be at least as painful as the chain dentistry options my insurance gave me around Orlando. I have never been more grateful to be wrong.

I absolutely love this practice! It's a no frills office but that is certainly no indication of the quality of care. Dr. Desai is excellent! She's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and considerate, and always takes the time to explain the procedures or diagnosis. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Over the years my entire extended family has ended up going to her. Cannot recommend enough!

Horrible customer care, it’s insane how rudely they treated me when I called asking if the dentist may see me as a first time patient. The front office person said my insurance was covered and immediately went on to talk about the cost for x-rays when I just had wisdom teeth extracted and don’t need x-rays. He wasn’t even really listening to me and also said that they can’t help me with a follow up even if my previous oral surgeon refuses to follow up. That person transferred me to the office manager and she then rudely told me they don’t accept my insurance and that they can’t help

Sweetest dentist ever! Very kind and took time to explain oral health to me better than any of my other dentists. Clean office and warm, close-knit group who seem genuinely at ease and happy to be there. Felt more personal than stiff and corporate. Claudia the teeth cleaner and the other kind woman who took x-rays were both sensitive and tender with my concerns. I'm so glad I found them!
