Carpet drying time? The carpets are slightly damp after cleaning, and can be walked on with clean non-marking shoes (not with bare feet) in about 30 minutes. Normal soiled carpets usually dry between 4-6 hours after cleaning. How much furniture do you move? We move most light furniture. Couches etc. can be moved by request.

The company is wonderful. We bought our first house and the previous owners had big dogs. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving our furniture in, but the closing date kept getting pushed out. We were able to schedule Genesis carpet cleaning on a Tuesday for a cleaning service on Thursday. The guys were on time, friendly, and patiently explained to my husband and I what they were doing before they started. Then to top it all off, price was quite a bit less than I had expected. They were prompt. Called to let us know they were on the way. Showed us a quote in advance. They were careful not to get water/ cleaning agent on our wood floors. Job was was done quickly and professionally. We very happy, would call them if needed again.

Unbelievable! Impressive and Amazing! That is what Genesis Carpet and Upholstery care is! I can not believe how much cat hair they got out of one 11x7 . (3 + cups of wet compacted hair (can you imagine how much this would be if it were dry? It was like my rug was a yard that had been thatched and the thatch was all the cat hair. ! and I have a Dyson. Jeff from Genesis cleaned our carpets today. I scheduled on line and received two confirmations and a text on the day of. Great communication. Jeff walked us through the process prior to starting and answered all questions. The carpet looks fantastic and my pet odors are gone. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Genesis.

Had my carpets cleaned today...Jeff not only did an amazing Job but was up front about the price and very knowledgeable about the stains and smell left by my baby kitty. When he finished he had me look over and approve. It turned out great and no more odor! I would definitely recommend Genesis...they were on time and very professional and reasonably priced

Giving one star so the review shows up. Would give minus stars if we could. Tech was supposed to be at our home around 2:30 pm. When he FINALLY arrives, it's 4:30, and he appears high as a kite or drunk. Eyes glazed over, slurring his speech. We were quoted on the phone $100, and the shady tech says it'll be $200. We ask him to leave, we don't need this from somebody 2 hours late. He mumbles something along the lines of 'can you tell my boss you had a buddy do it so I don't get in trouble?' Um, no.
