Eco-friendly is easy to explain. It is a product that does not affect indoor air quality and is biodegradable. Unfortunately, many of our major competitors claim to be "The greenest cleaner out there" or something similar to that phrase. Sadly, many of these companies are not using things that are eco-friendly when they are cleaning carpets.
The CLEANPRO Carpet Cleaning System(R) was developed to overcome one of the biggest problems in carpet cleaning which over-wetting. Protecting the backing that holds the whole carpet together is critical. Our system cleans right to the base of the carpet fibers while protecting the backing of the carpet by not getting the backing wet.
The CLEANPRO Carpet Cleaning System(R) was not only designed to have absolutely no residue, it was also designed to neutralize any type of soap that is already in the carpet from the previous cleanings. Companies that do hot-water extraction never actually rinse the carpet. There are a few reasons for this.

Marty was excellent! He is communicative, reliable, and good at what he does. We were having another service done at the same time, and he was accommodating. He went through and vacuumed, and then shampooed. He was able to get out some mysterious stains that had been present for three years. He is also able to clean rugs that are thinner--he takes them and professionally cleans them and returns them to you in 5-7 days. I'm very happy with our service. Great value and excellent service--most areas dry within two hours which is also a plus.

Marty was great today! Showed up 5 minutes ahead of schedule -- good start! We have an older carpet that had some awful high traffic areas. Marty vacuumed first and then went to work with his carpet cleaning machine and nice citrus-based cleaning liquid. He worked on the bad areas several times. Overall, the results were terrific.
Marty loves what he does, and it shows. He is friendly, easy to talk to -- a real professional. I would recommend him strongly to anyone needing a carpet cleaning!

Marty was very responsive and communicative. He was running a little behind but made sure to let me know (I'm sure it's because he made sure to get every spot). He was able to come over within a day but he worked with my schedule and came two days later. My cat had been sick and was urinating all over my couch and I contacted Marty after I cleaned it as best as so could. He was super knowledgeable, understanding, and not judgmental at all. He respected our house and things and i even witnessed him cutting strings off cushions. I will 100% reach out to him if I ever need my rugs, carpet

Marty was awesome! He came all the way out to Olympia to do our couch.
We called him up and had an appointment less than a week later. Easy to get in touch with the company, arrived in a timely manner, well priced, great service. He even sent a confirmation text the day before. Would highly recommend!
