I got a new garage door opener for Christmas and knew I needed a door balance too. I reached out and got an immediate reply. They quoted a price and I scheduled for the next day, which I could not believe such fast service! They arrived on time. Installation was great. Installer was wonderful (I think her name was Kayla). Install went quickly and my garage door opener and door is soooo quiet. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with this company they were very helpful and friendly when we were trying to finalize the design size and price. We really appreciate the work they did my wife really loves the look of the new garage door and I really enjoy how well it functions and how quiet it is. They showed up on time for the install we're friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up when they were all done. We already recommended them to multiple people. we are redesigning the entire front of our house and we started with the garage door so we are excited now to move forward now that we have such a nice

We started a project in Dec of 2018 with JS Garage Door, we were told that it would take maybe a couple of weeks to complete. We had to constantly follow up and push to get this project done, and finally, we thought they were done around the end of March, that is right, 4 months later. The doors are damaged on the top, due to an admitted bad installation. The owner stated my guy is not always the best and tried his best to fix it himself.
About 2 weeks after we finally had things done, the opener they installed actually fell out of the ceiling! Damaging the door and the track. The screws used

I was unable to update my review on Thumbtack so will do it here. My experience started out rocky with this company bad timing on our part with some personal stuff and then Mike and the company went on vacation out of the country and we had to wait until they returned. Once Mike was back on his feet from the long trip I can say that JS Garage door Services was worth the wait to install our new WLED-267 Liftmaster openers. Mike was very meticulous with his work and did an awesome job and installing our openers and also went above and beyond and added new wheels to our door as well as supporting
