My 7 year old son broke his leg and needed a pediatric walker. The staff here got it ordered and went above and beyond to get it to us. They are very friendly and great at what they do. I know where to get any medical supplies needed in the future, I know that I will be provided the best customer service. Thank you all again so much for helping us get the equipment my son needs. He had the biggest smile on his face last night using his new walker for the first time!

I had previously been so well taken care of by lake otis Medical supply they were fantastic years ago when i bought the electric scooter.. after a part broke on it. They fixed it no problem. My pharmacist had recommended them to me.. i was overjoyed.. now i needed a bracket fixed on the scooter i was told it was $125 just to look at the scooter.. when i called back the next day to find out the verdict on parts . i was told that the repair guy Randy was out of town for 2 weeks.. i told them i needed it repaired quickly.. i wasn’t prepared to wait.. i got a lyft over to the store was met by Joe

No stars deserved. Not good at all. I can't recommend this place nor will I be returning. Joe is awful. Rude. Take your time & hard earned money elsewhere.

A+ Customer Service. These people know what they are talking about. I truly lost hope with my lower back pain. I came into Lake Otis Medical Supply to get compression socks and mentioned my back pain. The owner fitted me for a back brace and gave me simple instructions. I am pain free and every day I wear it I continue to feel better and better. I feel like a new person! Thank you Lake Otis Medical Supply.

My husband and I went twice about getting me an electric wheelchair.
We went the second time as my husband wanted to check what other places my have. Found nothing that would work for me.
Found a couple that I liked, but the foot rest was to short. Joe was nice enough to take the 20 minutes it takes to move the seat back on one of them. We came back again and bought that one on a rental agreement.
He even let us use our visa debit card for the down payment and monthly payments.

The staff at Lake Otis Pharmacy recently helped me obtain all the equipment needed for my Mom’s upcoming surgery. I had so many questions and they answered them all and helped me with all the measurements and adjustments. And they were so nice! I couldn’t have done it without their help. I highly recommend Lake Otis Pharmacy for your medical equipment needs!!!

My first time to shop here and I bought first aid supplies one day ago, tried to return it today since I found a full kit cheaper at Cabella's. Apparently, they won't take returns, despite the fact that receipt is in the bag along with unopened items that cost $70. Returned twice to speak to manager, but he's "busy" somewhere else. This store does not encourage customer loyalty and is not very friendly. I don't recommend for anyone to shop here.
