Services
You will not be told how much money to bring to closing until the day of your closing and many times only hours or minutes before the closing. You will become irritated or annoyed about frequent and last-minute paperwork requests with seemingly impossible deadlines. You will want to tell your friends and family about your experience on social media sites -Don't, wait until your sale is complete.
Giveaway your negotiation power by speaking in the house (always assume you are being recorded). Fail to realize it is possible to find what you want the very first day you go out looking(this happens more than you think.). Wait to find the absolute PERFECT house (you will always be limited by income, zoning, legislation and/or property taxes, and inventory at the time).
While the timeline varies for every purchase, you can expect it to take between 30-45 days after the purchase and sales agreement has been executed if you will be getting a mortgage. If you will be paying cash you can expect it to take a minimum of 7-14 days after the purchase and sales agreement has been executed.
Buying a home can be an overwhelming process. From financing to negotiating to closing, there are a lot of moving pieces that can leave homebuyers bewildered. A real estate agent can help guide you through each step of the buying process, offering sound advice along the way.
By working with a professional agent who knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry, you'll not only end up with a great home, but you'll also walk away with a great experience.By providing your real estate agent with some basic information about your income, savings, and debt, he or she can assist you in getting pre-approved by a reputable lender.

Times are changing and you're thinking about moving the family into a new home. I have purchased and sold multiple houses over the last couple years with Deb from Elaine Hughes Realty Group as well as viewed dozens more. Deb is very professional and has a great knowledge of all things real estate. I look forward to doing many transactions in the years to come. I would recommend anyone in the area to give Deb a call for any real estate needs.

Deb helped my husband and I find our very first house! She was responsive, flexible with her schedule and helped this process go so smoothly for us! She was there from start to finish and we couldn’t have been more happy for her guidance in the first time home buying experience!

I've contacted Deb about an apartment that they had available in Ashland. Their ad on Craigslist states that I have to contact "Deb" from this company to set up an appointment to view it. I first emailed Deb inquiring about the apartment and asked about whether or not they allow dogs, she says maybe depends on the owner. I said ok I would like to set up an appointment and I never received an email back. I emailed her again just in case she just lost mine in a sea of other emails but no response. I called Deb at Elaine Hughes Realty Group and they apparently have no recollection of posting that
