Waterville Estates is located in Campton and Thornton which is off exit 28 on I93. Follow Rt. 49 East to the lights in Campton, then take a right on Rt. 175. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
When he doesn’t want to answer a question he ignores you like your insignificant. Billed us for extra fees not stated in lease and the ignored any questions about it. Our rental and landlord were amazing, however, I don’t recommend Chip and Roper Real Estate!

Absolutely great service and knowledge of the local real estate market. Literally know every property's history and details if not the owner themselves. Chip is a great guy who is very easy to deal with and is of the highest integrity. Couldn't provide a higher recommendation for Chip and Roper Real Estate.
