Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching!

Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. Iván was very professional and kind. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures. He also told me how to clean my gutters. When I asked for a quote, he told me he didn't know what to even ask for the little work he saw and just went ahead and made the repairs for me. I appreciate it so much and recommend New Elite Roof!

This year brought not only a gnarly amount of snow, but a sizable hail storm shortly after, followed by a few more hail storms over the spring and summer months. New Elite responded quickly to my request for help. Wasn't sure why shingles had come off the second story roof and was concerned. Turned out to be a simple fix. Price was great and I was given an honest assessment of the entire roof as well. Next hail storm I will be sure to reach out to new Elite!

Ivan and his team did a great job on my house. I got several quotes and theirs was by far the best price. I needed all the fascia and soffit repainted, some needed to be replaced. Chimney needed to be replaced and repainted. There was flashing that was loose between the windows and the bricks. The team worked well, and fast. I got several drops of paint onto my brick and front entrance, but it was minor. Overall great job.

Our General contractor hired New Elite Roofing to come install a roof on our patio cover. Low pitched roofs require special knowledge and different materials than a pitched roof. I had consulted with a retired roofer friend about our project and when I asked about the treatment of our roof job, they answered every question exactly as my friend, and our own research had advised. We were kept informed all through the job, the installation was perfect, the clean up was great, the crew was professional and thorough. I called this company to repair a leak from the roof of my sunroom. This company responded right away and sent Ivan. A company denied my request because the job was small. Had two small roof leaks that I probably let go too long. Contacted 4 companies. After meeting Ivan, I wanted to just tell him to go ahead, but made myself get other quotes. They were right in line with others, but Ivan just exudes honesty, knowledge, and kindness. So, we chose to give our business to new elite. The job was more extensive than he originally thought. He didn't ask me if I wanted to pay more for the extra work, he just did it because(I'm guessing) it's the right way to do things. As a senior citizen, it is a chore to find reputable and reasonable craftsman for small but important repairs. Ivan responded to my call immediately...his partner answered the call and was courteous and listened to my plea for a small shingle repair at as reasonable a rate as possible.
Ivan was just here at my house. He went up on the roof and said the tiles were still there and he fixed them in about 5 minutes. I'm not sure he'd want me to tell you his charge but for me...it was a blessing.

Elite Roof is outstanding. I would trust recommending them. Ivan was quick to respond and do a beautiful job at a very affordable price. After the installation I wanted a small change done. Ivan and his crew were awesome. No surprise costs and I even told him no after receiving a cheaper bid. Of course, that bid fell through and Ivan remained professional and gave me feedback even after I said no. I then immediately went with Ivan. He encountered extra problems on the project and didn’t charge me a penny more. The whole project only took 2 days. He gave me photo updates throughout the whole process. One of the few roofers that does the interior work as well. That makes a huge difference. They stand behind their work

We needed a small part of our roof repaired from where our satellite dish had fallen off. Ivan came out quickly and gave me an estimate on how much replacing the shingles would cost, the price was very fair. They completed the work quickly and it looks like new! We certainly will use them again and would recommend them to others.
