I have driven past this place for 5 years and always wondered.... let me say all these reviews are accurate! I had to mail some packages that weren't an Amazon return and when looking at a nearby place these guys had the best reviews. Omg I now know why! So friendly, considerate, professional, great conversation and service! I was in and out in a timely manner but wasn't rushed. These two gentlemen really are awesome at what they do. They went over the options with me and seemed to care just as much if not MORE than I did about my options. Please support this place! They are veteran owned

I love this place! The guys that work here are so kind and so helpful! I dread going to the post office bc they make you feel like an idiot if you’re not prepared with everything and know exactly what you need. These guys are so helpful and patient. Come here for your shipping needs and skip the cranky post office staff!

This mail depot and the employees are absolutely wonderful! I don't ship much so I have not used them. Today is the 1st day I went in and I almost want to ship stuff more often! lol Great atmosphere, pleasant conversation, and superb service! I also received a wonderful military discount that I did not even know existed! Shows their work ethic to have even offered it to me. Please visit them and ship your stuff.

Out of shear luck, I discovered this amazing little spot when I recently moved to Cheval. I’ve been coming to Lutz Mail Depot ever since for all my mail needs and notary services. The two guys behind the counter are so friendly and very helpful. I never feel rushed and they both seem to enjoy their job and help people (which is a rare thing to come by these days). The place being a small business and Veteren owned is double plus. I’m so thankful they are literally across the street and they’re super cool.

It would not be possible to overstate how helpful the gentlemen at this business are. They went way out of their way to find a solution to our urgent passport application process. They helped organize all our documents and directed us to the most efficient passport application receiving location.
I highly recommend using all their services. They are unfailingly helpful and it feels like you’re stopping by the town store, rather than the impersonal government offices.

They took a great passport picture!!!!! COME here! Also we’re really helpful pointing me in the right direction for getting a new passport (they do renewals, not new ones). You can see the difference below. The above picture was taken at Walgreens and they took the picture below.

Owners are great. Really appreciated their help with the passport process, but would recommend going directly to the clerks office to file. $75 to take a picture and fill out a form I had already completed only to have to go elsewhere to actually file and pay another $115 wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. However, they were very upfront and honest about all fees and the process so I can’t rate them for my choice, only service which was excellent!
