I would not even give one star if I had the option. The took money for a job then did not show up. Said they would refund and 3 months later still waiting for refund. Has F rating with BBB and DOT is investigating them. These people are scammers. Dispatch can only say 'I don't know:" when asked their office location, licence number, insurance information, ect.... You would think they would know where they drive to work each day. They told BBB that Carson Street address is only a mail pickup and not the physical office location.
