I went with my daughter to hire Mrs. Pendleton for a Child Custody case. She was so professional and we really liked her. But we soon found out we were just another case and that was all. Her office charged us for every tiny thing, you had to make appts to talk to her on the phone, she was never effective at negotiating with the other attorney, and… the list goes on and on... The only responses my daughter ever got was to consent to every demand the Plaintiff had. Therefore, I'm not sure why we even needed an attorney!!! But here's the kicker. When the court date was less than a week away
