Hired Chicago Game and Go for my son's 7th Birthday! Very Satisfied with the overall experience! Had a fairly large group of children ranging in age from 5-14, and they all had a fantastic time. Chicago winter did not make the day easy, snowy rain cold conditions, however, none of the children noticed, they were warm and comfortable. There were three coaches that were all attentive and friendly. All of my guests were impressed with the experience. I would absolutely recommend and use again in the future...

We have done video game truck parties for the last 3 years. Chicago Game and Go by far is the best. We will be using them again and I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks. Everyone was so nice, communicated very well with scheduling, confirming and their ETA the day of our sons party. You guys were amazing, our son had the best day today! Thanks so much guys!

I'm giving Chicago Game and Go 1 star because of the way they handled my booking. I made an inquiry about their service and availability over the phone on the 7th of May, 2019 for a Family event happening in July, 2019. Right away after the lady said they were available and open for the hours I chose, I made a down payment of 50% of my total to secure the date and time slot. On the 20th of May, 2019 I received a call from the game company that they have a community event booked for the same day over lapping my time slot which was 3pm -5pm. This lady who called offered me 2 options: 1, schedule
