Pricey, very.
If you not have the right numbers, everything could cost you a lot more. I know this guys for +20 years and never was able to do a good business. I just go there as last resort.
Avoid. First, do your homework and google for a possible solution.

My friend and I went there to buy a outboard part. We didn't have part number, it was fuel line connector. Lady works there was very mean, she was irritated and mean just because we did not have part number. She did not even want to listen. Absolutely worst customer service.

Tied up to without appointment to their guest dock 10 mins before shop closes on a Saturday. Rang the phone and had the engine inspected, few helpful tips exchanged and a brand new floaty for my keys, because clearly I was missing one.

Once again the folks at one came through! Brought them a busted shifter cable from a 54 year old boat and while it did take a couple weeks for matt to track it down he made the match and found me exactly what I needed. Outstanding service .highly recommended!
