Dena Raposa and company at Allied title in Chester are truly abysmal. I wasn’t sent a preliminary ALTA on the house I was selling until a week before settlement, which caused me to back out of the property I was buying In cash because I unknowingly didn’t have the cash on hand I needed to close, which caused me to cancel that contract, lose my $7500 deposit and rush around to find another house within a week, which god willing I was able to. Then they didn’t wire my proceeds, even though they had a fully completed and notarized wire authorization form for the property I sold (1pm Friday settlement

I have been working with Allied Title for over 2 years, and I can definitely say that there hasn't been 1 closing where I was disappointed with Allied's work and the end result. To start, our title rep Dena, gives 150% to get us to the closing table. Most of our deals need to be expedited, and Dena sees to it that we always meet our closing date. Charlotte, who closes for us, never rushes the clients during closing. She explains all the Closing Documents with detail, and answers all of their questions. Let's not leave out Amanda, our sales rep, who with her "how can I help" attitude, and her warm

FYI, I wanted to share the excellent experience I had using American Federal Mortgage and Allied Title for the purchase of a vacation home. I found their representatives to be professional, knowledgeable, and timely in executing this mortgage. They were all very responsive to all requests made by myself, the insurance companies and the real estate people. I was most impressed with how quickly they were able to have a mortgage approved for me. I would highly recommend using them for any mortgage needs and will certainly use them again in the future.

Allied was recommended by my lender for a refinance, and although I generally use another closing agency for my real estate transactions, I figured I'd give them a chance. They definitely impressed my wife and I. Very efficient manner of sharing documents and speedy process. Was quite pleased. Highly recommended.
