I am a broker who represented a buyer on a transaction that this company is the settlement agent on. Primitive service and so slow, the check never arrived and 3 weeks in I am still chasing them. The person I spoke with kept telling me to wait and it would arrive (2 weeks later, via regular mail) I sent them an overnight shipping label and she said that she would need someone to approve a stop payment on the old check and issue a new one.
Terrible and unpleasant experience. I would suggest you avoid working with them.
