Overall location, staff and business 5 stars. Making an appointment easy, availability great. Was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. I did a couples massage and everything was perfect. As far as the massage it was great for the price. I'm more of a firm, deep tissue kind of client and it wasn't firm. I'll def try it again and emphasize on the deep tissue and firmness next time to see if anything changes. But overall 4 out of 5. When I go again I'll rate it higher if the deep tissue is up to par. But keep it up team.

9/18 Edit: I really liked this place, but had to take off 2 stars for what happened today - made an appt via email, drove through traffic today to get here looking forward to relax, go and find out my appointment was not booked and instead booked from sometime around October with 0 notification.
Still have the email stating an appointment for today at 12:30pm.
All I got was a meager “I’m sorry” from the front desk, no consideration for the hour wasted today.
Won’t be coming back, will stop recommending this place to my friends. I’m so disappointed.

I been going Here for almost 2 years to get a Brazilian wax and I must admit Andrea is wonderful, she’s very professional and very nice, she does a great job I highly recommend this place❤️

. Had the eye lash lift and tint. My eyes look amazing. Highly recommend this service. And the hand massage was an wonderful extra bonus.

They have the best customer service and sell amazing skincare and makeup products as well :)

I thought the massage I received was pretty good, but I had an issue with the time spent in the massage room, which I addressed afterwards. Props to the owner who made it right by sending me a handwritten card apologizing for the mistake and including a partial refund. To me, it wasn't about the money but the fact that I am valued as a customer, and I'm really happy the owner made me feel this way.

I had a great wax here. My waxer was very kind and had great conversation that distracted me from the pain of going too long in between my last one. It was a bit far from where I live but I would recommend to anyone local!

Bought a Groupon for a wax at another facility only to read terrible reviews so I looked around for somewhere else that could accommodate me last minute with great reviews.

The receptionist Sharon squeezed me in for an appointment with Andrea a day after I called and for me it was so worth the near 40 minute drive.

Gorgeous environment. Very clean and I love the decor. The staff is super welcoming, even to me since I brought my two nephews and knew that could be a bit of an inconvenience but they were still very nice about it and understanding!

Was in a bind because I needed a wax last minute and they were so accommodating at getting me in the schedule. Had my first leg wax done a while back at another spa and it was a nightmare, wax everywhere and patches a plenty. Andrea at Aura Day Spa was so thorough and did her best to get all the hair (my own fault for not letting the hair grow out long enough). This was my first Brazilian experience so I was nervous but she was friendly and I didn't feel uncomfortable or awkward at all. I went here for a waxing appointment (Brazilian) ​and was so pleased with the experience. Sharon was my esthetician, and I realized she would move from one area of higher sensitivity to an area of lower sensitivity which was really helpful to lessen the discomfort. She used a combination of hard and soft wax, and it was really great quality. I liked my experience, so I did some more upgrades (underarm, leg) which were quick, simple and painless.

The only thing that would make this place my go-to wrap around for all things pampering would be powder-dip nails!

This place was very relaxing and beautiful sadly the service wasn't as pleasing. I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and it was the worst I've ever had. When I got home I realized that I had to shave because she missed a lot of spots.

The location is right on Rte 1.. Big White house.. look for the sign..you might miss it if you don't. There is plenty of parking in the back.

As soon as you get to the door you can feel the calming atmosphere. You are always greeted with a warm smile and personality.

The Spa is always clean and inviting.. During the holidays you can count on warm cider.. or other special treats.

I have always enjoyed the services I have done at Aura, but this past week I had an epic hot stone massage from Carly. She went above and beyond during my massage and thought of all the little things that made it spectacular. (Warm stones under my neck while working on my feet, etc.) I would definitely recommend! Also, the owners are just lovely and the place is so clean. Sharon did a wonderful pedicure on my a couple months ago.

Worst massage I've ever experienced! First of all the spa is not welcoming or inviting by any means. The bathroom is dirty (full garbage can and we were the first massage of the day at 9:45 am, and a hairbrush full of hair by the sink) everyone seems tired, not so friendly and smells of cigarette.

The pre massage area is a joke,tiny uncomfortable chairs with staff walking by talking. The couples massage room was even worse. You have to walk through the pedicure/manicure area to get to the room. Inside the room there is a closet that you are told you can use as a changing room. The closet

My sister and I booked a spa day for us and our daughters. They took our appointment but nothing was coordinated properly. We were in the salon for 5 hours. Since there was four of us, she called in her unlicensed friend to help with the pedicures. This woman was blowing on my feet and my pedicure took forever. Everyone was waiting for my pedi to finish. My sister complained and they said they were going to send us gift certificates. Four years later, we are still waiting for those certificates.

Went here because I had a Living Social deal for a hot stone massage. After I got back from the massage I had 4 burns on my back where the stones were placed. I asked for a full refund after days of going back and forth with the co-owner and no consensus has yet been made. Please be VERY careful if you go for a hot stone massage. Also as for the "massage" it's been 2 days since and I am as sore as I could be. All in all, the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a spa.
