Had these guys give me second opinion on needing sewer line replacement and decided to have them do job since the reviews were good well they didn't come start job on promised day, we had them do pipe bursting and the techs did most of the work in 1 day, we did have problem with having to have a vent cover to crawlspace replace and a also they left alot of mud in the driveway and on street, also didn't level the dirt well after covering the holes where they excavated in backyard, the whole experience seemed rushed and I feel they could have done a better job with repairing damage

They showed up exactly when they said they would. Jacob came out and took care of the clog quickly and easily and was very professional. Everyone I spoke to at the company was very professional. Would recommended them to anyone with a clog.

We had a big leak from the city water main supply. The city had to shut the water off later in the afternoon. The technician was able to detect the leak using electronic device and repair the leak the next day. The technicians also took away all the trash from the yard and thoroughly clean the job site.

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately they couldn’t clear my sewer line, however they didn’t charge me anything! Rotor rooter charged $300 and only tried snaking it for about 15min. Trenchless really worked on it for a good 45min-1hr. Then when they couldn’t clear it they offered hydro jetting it for 1/4 the price of roto rooter. Once again when unable to clear the line they charge us nothing! I couldn’t believe it! They are my go to service and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The service was great Nicholas was professional and did an amazing job. I personally will forever be thankful to him for the great gesture he did for me and my kids. We been battling cancer for 5 years and hes seen my wife in her condition as he passed through the bedroom to do his job. God has a story for all. Thank you for what you did Nick your an amazing human being sadly she passed a few days later. RIP Maricela Cisneros......your gesture helped in many ways for my kids thank you and may god bless you friend..

Good price, showed up on time. Matthew was friendly, fast and very efficient. Looking forward to working with them in the future on bigger repairs.

I called them re: a clogged kitchen sink and, of course, the next day we had a large family dinner planned so we needed it fixed asap. They scheduled us that Saturday evening & within 2 hours had a technician out to snake the kitchen drain. I highly recommend!

Had a sewage backup with water leaking and backing up to all parts of the house. Called Trenchless Co up and they were able to come out right away. Had the pleasure with working with Hunter and Nicolas and service manager Vince. Real honest and professional, followed up with me after discovering it to be an issue with the city line. Even had the courtesy to help clean the property after the city refused to, even though they were at fault. Will definitely hit them up again if any issues come up in the future.

They are the best, hands down. I will never use anyone else. I’m a skeptical person but I’m very confident in this company. Mr. Will is a great technician hands down. He located the problem in two minutes whereas another company came the day before and charged me $500 and didn’t fix the problem.

I hired for an estimate this company and they came and did an evaluation on the pipes of home. But I did not needed right away so I planned to do the cleaning next September.

However I got a water leak in the back of the home and I did a second apt. June 24 from 1-3pm. That day a lady called and said that she needed to change the apt much earlier in the day and I told her that I work and that I will be home at 1pm. She wanted then more info on the leak which I did before when I booked the apt. She was not placenta and she was demanding and finally she told me that she was cancelling the apt

HORRIBLE Experience!

Here's my story. Sorry in advance it's a long one.

I had a water leak and needed my water line replaced. I live in Midtown and my water line goes through my neighbors yard to the alley. When TTC was here my first question was is it going to be an issue with the neighbor? He responded "no, we will take care of everything!"

After some price negotiations and having to send over one of the other company's estimate "as proof"I accepted the bid and paid the over $800 deposit. They scheduled the job for about two weeks later. The day before the

SO, backstory: just moved into a house, and it's been problem after problem.
After several weeks of living in the house, I walked into my laundry room to find a centimeter of water covering the whole floor, and all of a sudden my toilets won't flush, bathtub and shower filled up with about an inch of water, etc. Perks of being a homeowner, right?
