The new way of replacing your pipes is through trenchless sewer line replacement. It is more convenient than digging up old pipe and replacing it by hand. Basically, trenchless sewer line replacement is a method where you dig a hole where the pipe begins and another hole where the pipe ends. Then you cut out small parts of the pipe from each hole and feed a big steel cable between the two holes.
Cure-In-Place pipe lining is a sewer lateral rehabilitation method. Most types of pipe can be relined with this method. 100% inversion method - which means 100% of the resin seals all joints and cracks in the old pipe. The inversion liner materials consist of two layers of flexible needled felt and one layer of our scrim reinforcement and a 2-part formulated epoxy resin.
At Affordable Trenchless & Pipe Lining we offer a complete service of pipe lining. One of the methods we offer is known as continuous lining. Just like the method used when doing smaller and shorter lateral lines, the continuous method works the same. The liner comes in several length and thickness and is a 100 percent inversion method.

I wish there were more stars to give. The world needs more people like Ryan. He gave me an honest evaluation of my sewer concluding that I didn't need any work. Whereas the other companies were trying to nickel and dime me quoting me 15k for a sewer line that didn't actually need to be replaced.

The estimate process was very fast and easy. I didn't even need to be home for it. They weren't "salesy" which I really appreciated. They gave us the best price on top of being the most appealing company to work with. They were the only estimate we got that included a city inspection which put my mind at ease. They lined our root-riddled, 1930's clay sewer pipe in a just a few hours and we were back up and running in no time. I hope we never need another sewer repair... but I will gladly recommend them to others!

I don't write many reviews. In fact I'm skeptical about reviews in general. I've waited to see the results of the work done by Affordable Trenchless. Everything promised has been delivered.
We had a major blockage of our sewer pipe in September that connected to the city main caused by tree roots. Ryan--the owner--came out and scoped all our pipes and promptly found the blockage. He also found a another small leak in one of our other pipes that would eventually need to be replaced by an 8' section of new pipe. He told us all other pipes under the house were in good shape

In my profession I have to call on plumbers for sewer inspections on a regular basis. It is not always my decision which company is used for these inspections. I have had experience with other companies in the past and have been left with mediocre to poor results. When Affordable Trenchless is called for the job I know the inspector will be on-time, will explain the sewer scope in detail, the sewer line will be recorded for my client(s) to view at a later time, and if there are any issues they will provide a quote and make themselves available within short notice to make sure the issue is managed

Ryan and his company are amazing. My wife said he was a knight in shining armor after he rescued us and our home from a broken sewer main and root intrusion issues here in a 100 year old house in Curtis Park. Frankly, it's been a nightmare for about 5 days after having another company come out and roto-rooter the line which helped for a full day before we had an overflow situation into the master bedroom and tubs. Ryan is just a super cool, plain spoken, good person who took the time to educate us on longer term options while fixing the immediate issue at a reasonable price. I highly recommend

They quickly provided service and communicated the process to us. We had a minor issue with the sewer district owned pipes which was not the companies fault (the sewer districts line was clogged?).
Ryan was was fair in interactions with me and the office staff were extremely helpful in navigating my appointment for service. 10/10 would recommend them for anyone needing service.

This company went above and beyond for some "major" , as another company put it, under my house.
Brent was fantastic to deal with. Prompt and professional.
When scheduling, I spoke with Karen. She was a professional to say the least. She was able to schedule around my time frame, and when the "crew" was running a tad late, she called and explained the situation.
When the crew showed, Ryan, who appears to be in charge, was so sorry for delaying the service.
As for the "major" repairs that I had been quoted astronomical amounts of money to fix.
