What an awesome company! Jack is a great guy, easy to talk to, and understands what you want and delivers. The staff is very professional, responsive, helpful, friendly, and the quality of work is second to none. They have a great selection of voice actors and music. We selected them to do our on hold message for our law firm and couldn't be happier AND they are very reasonably priced. They will be with our firm for the as long as they are around. I would highly recommend to anyone with a business with high phone call frequency like ours. Thanks again guys!!

5 stars aren't enough for this company! I am so impressed with the service and quality of the recordings we received. We are a small, family run company and we have to watch our bottom line. I try to make sure we are getting the best bang for our buck but at the same time I look for great service because that is where the value is to me.
From the very first phone call with Jack I knew that they would be the answer to our prayers. And they certainly have been that! I am so very grateful for the guidance he offered on that initial call. That stuck with me and really made a difference!

When our company first began looking for a new on hold music company, we were overwhelmed to say the least. There were so many options out there and the prices varied greatly. Working with the team at On Hold Marketing Works was such an easy and pleasant process. Christina was very thorough assisting us with script writing and even tweaking the audio after the initial production. The communication and follow up she provided was exactly what you would expect from any reputable business in the service industry. They have several voice talents to choose from and an incredible assortment of song choices. Cristina and the team really provide a high level of service and skill for something that should so much more than a message telling people you'll "be right back." The opportunity to address FAQ's , promote new products, events, and provide valuable information to your customers while they hold is so important.
