20 years experience. friendly helpful great way to exercise and stay healthy
they were temporarely closed during covid but have been authorized to reopen and is now avail for great training and healthy lifestyle. Been trying to get google maps to correct the temporarily closed on their maps, It is and has been reopened

I found IFS after a car accident in April of 2018. My first visit was to see a physical therapist that has an office in their facility. I have been seeing him for the last 6 months. Each time that I have walked into IFS everyone seems genuinely happy to see me. When I have bad days they genuinely seem sympathetic. Not being a member of IFS the staff could just as easily not cared about me but instead I feel as though they care about me as much as anyone else there. If I lived closer I would definitely join IFS and may still anyway. I have been a member of many gyms in my life and have found that

I have had held a membership at IFS off and on for the past 5+ years. Bill and Talitha run a very nice gym and organization with some the latest and "cleanest" equipment. The staff and clientele are very friendly and are one a first name basis - unlike other large corporate gyms where I feel like an just a number. Their 24/7 access makes it very convenient for me since I travel frequently with my job.
