Kathy at Captivating Journeys booked us a trip of a lifetime. She is very knowledgeable about the different locations in Hawaii and provides so many suggestions and helpful tips to make your trip extra special.
We were booking at a time when everything was opening back up after the pandemic and the hotels were difficult to get reasonable rates and the car rentals were extraordinarily high. Kathy worked diligently (she looked on multiple occasions) to get us amazing hotels at a very reasonable rate. We also started off with a car rental rate for 2 weeks that ended up being 4x times higher than

I had no idea that the travel agency business was still alive! While you could plan your own vacation, why not leave it up to professionals that have the contacts, connections and knowledge?
PLANNING:
Our professional was Kathy. My spouse contacted her stating we wanted to see South America, mainly Machu Picchu. Kathy put together a wonderful two week itinerary to Brazil, Argentina and Peru, taking care of the airline bookings, hotels, private tours, airport transfers, and attraction tickets. After reading through what she put together, we were able to make any changes we wanted, no problem

Finding Kathy was a gift! My husband and I were excited to be getting married in Maui but had no idea where to stay or even where to begin. Once we got in contact with Kathy our minds were at ease. Kathy Takushi is so amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the places that you want to visit with so many suggestions, ideas and great little tips to do while you are there.
The flight reservations she booked us on went so smoothly it was almost impossible to believe!! I have booked reservations for myself before and I will never do it again after having Kathy do it for me.

OMG!!! These guys are FANTASTIC! After being strung along for THREE WEEKS by Coconuts travel I was at wits end. What a contrast! While coconuts never once returned any of my dozens of calls begging for them to let me know what was up with my itinerary, Nancy at Travel Network came through in less than an hour!!!!! And their new name just makes me smile every time they answer the phone (Captivating Journeys- isn't that the sexiest name for a travel agency? ;-))

This is the place to go for everything; air, cruises, etc...every agent in this travel agency knows their stuff and is so efficient. They have amazing air prices that compete with the internet and I love taking my business to them! Hats off to all of you! It's another reason to support local businesses!
